It’s rare enough to find a slice of perfect Detroit pizza, let alone a perfect NY slice, let alone perfect cheesy garlic bread. Yet Pancho’s has all three, with a chill atmosphere and kind staff to boot. I will remember this meal for a long time!

The pizza aroma is the first thing to strike as you enter the nook where Pancho greeted us. Tried both the Detroit and NYC style with fantastic multi-day risen crusts. The deep dish had outstanding texture and flavor. The only thing missing was the beer. Highly recommend with beach views across the highway and reasonable pricing for Kauai.

Found this place by just looking around on google, MAN, glad we did! AMAZING pizza owner is super chill and this man can grow Arizona plants in Hawaii! Straight up cactus out front! That takes some skills!! Mahalo Nui Loa for the great pizza!

The pizza may have been the best I’ve had on this side of the island. Great to have a choice between NY style and Detroit style too. Fast (relatively) clean and great pizza. The only “ding” is no customer bathroom, and not a clean one to be found anywhere nearby. That’s not great that’s the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Hands down the best pizza in Kauai. They use 00 Caputo pizza flour which is the gold standard for making pizza dough. The 72 hour rise makes all the difference. The crust was amazing and fantastic on its own. Go here.
