Have you ever dreamt of trying Vietnamese cuisine? Well, you simply must give Pho Kauai a shot! I ordered the #15 Pho, which had rare steak, meatballs, tendon, and tripe. It was absolutely delicious! Considering the number of customers, the service was lightning-fast. The soup base was spot-on, bursting with flavor, and the portion size was generous. I also highly recommend their fried spring rolls. They’re the perfect sidekick to the meal. And for dessert, I can never pass up their boba drinks. Melon is my absolute favorite flavor.

When I went to eat there, the soup was not very good, I ordered some rice leaf spring rolls and they were hard, they were not made at the moment, they had them refrigerated and that's how they served them and for the prices we paid, almost 30dll per person, it's pretty bad, my friend and I came out and said I won't eat here again.

Wrong type of noodles and they were overcooked. Broth was bland. Need more seasoning in your spice pouch. I invite you to Seattle to learn how to improve your pho. Too expensive for what it's worth. Pass for me....oh Lemons? what did the Limes go?

Delicious food! My family and I have eaten at pho restaurants all over the world, and this is definitely one of our favorites! All the options on the menu were delicious and a cut-above what you would usally expect. The service was very fast and very friendly. We ate here three times in our short stay in Kauai which says it all considering the wealth of culinary opportunities on this island.

We used to dine here all of the time before they closed. I was worried when they reopened that the prices would be getting increased, and they have. More disappointing, though, was the decrease portions on the Pho. Noticeably smaller. Very disappointing. The expanded dining space is nice and roomy, but does make up for the changes.
This is the best place on island to get Vietnamese food. The people working here are amazing and friendly.

Every visit I make to Kauai this is my go to place at least twice during my trip! The pho there is so ONO! Get the Duck Pho if they still have it! It's broke da mouth good! Just go, just try it! And also get the Green Papaya Salad with shrimp please, you can thank me later.
