Good broth but they charge a service fee. Totally ridiculous.

Great service and great food. Loved the dumplings and the pho was plentiful. We just wanted a small meal and it was perfect.

Our first stop after getting our rental car. Food was good and hit the spot. The dishes were flavorful and staff were friendly.

I keep giving the place chances but still get very disappointed. EVERY experience my utensils were dirty and had food on it like they didnt even check it. My water had food floating in it , and a lipstick stain on the rim of my Thai tea. My pho was flavorless and I had a very hard time eating it not knowing if they even washed my bowl. To top it off I was served with what seemed like a 3oz cup of flan ($2) store bought for $8+ and not to mention EXPIRED. I gotta say I miss how things were years ago.

Excellent pho. Very clean, air conditioned, fast service. Egg rolls were very good. The owner was our server - he does a great job. Rivals the best pho we have had anywhere else.

What a rip-off! We ordered the large bowl and it’s additional $10 for each which doesn’t even look that much compared to a regular bowl. For that price, they only gave one small plate of bean sprouts and basil for 3 people. Broth is also bland. They also messed up one of the ordered bowl. We paid cash and gave us the wrong change twice.

Kapa’a Pho is definitely one of the most delicious restaurants on the whole island. Not only do they use the finest, freshest ingredients, but guests can tell that the family truly cares about each and every detail. Our order was the tofu vegetarian pho, which was super fresh and scrumptious. The jalapeños are the best part! And we also got the stir fried vegetables with asparagus. Both dishes were top notch quality and left us quite satisfied.
Mahalo nui loa to the wonderful family who puts so much hard work!

Amazing. So good. Great service too. Try the mango Boba
Great to see this place reopened as, for now, it's far superior to the Lihue pho location. Service and food are prompt and direct. Prices are in line considering on Kauai. Food has been consistent in our 3 visits. On a busy night for recent visit they saw our 2 to go containers full and proactively wanted to put it in a box with tape for our drive home. We didn't need that but that proactive service mindset is something special. Banh MI is solid, oxtail bowl solid and dumpling special also good. See photos for full.menu as of May 2025
My partner and I got the worst food poisoning of our lives here. It was the only meal we had that day together and we both had Pho.
We ate around 7pm and at midnight were both up in horrible agony. Because I am 7 months pregnant I had to be admitted to labor and delivery for 12 hours.
Worst experience of my life and terrified for my baby and the bill I will be expecting from the hospital. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this one felt important as to save someone from the experience.
You can smell the pho outside which lured us in. Mr and I split the pho, fresh spring rolls and lemon grass banhmi! YUM!! Left with full happy tummies and cash to spare. Would highly recommend eating here!
