Our Kauai Adventures guide, Zach, highly recommended this place for good sea food . He did not guide us wrong! We don't eat much seafood but loved it! I had the grilled shrimp burrito and my wife had the grilled Ono taco. They were both excellent with perfect portion sizes. We would definitely go again and would recommend others try it as well.

We're staying at the Aston Islander on the Beach and thought we'd hop next door to try the Sleeping Giant for dinner. Price wise, it seemed like one of the more reasonably priced places around, and also has some good reviews. My daughter and I both got the grilled fish plate for $25.99 to go. I was very excited to have some mahi-mahi. I was very disappointed. The fish was so overcooked as to be mostly inedible. I could not chew it enough to swallow it. At least my husband's chicken tacos were okay. Will not be visiting again.

We've been coming to Kauai for well over 15 years now from Vegas. This place has the food that dreams are made of! The service is always amazing as well as everything on the menu. Don't visit Kauai without stopping here...don't forget their potato mac.

Sleeping Giant is a SLEEPER. Our best meal on the island. The sauces are absolutely insane, I could drink them. We got the habanero chicken plate and the wagyu skirt steak which were our favorites. The fish tacos were very good, but the BBQ plates are where it's at.
Vince the chef is the goat, that man is gifted in the kitchen.
Everything was so flavorful, it was unexpected honestly. We were talking about how good this meal was for 45 minutes after it was done. Can't wait to come back.
