Amazing place and friendly/nice staff. I came in everyday during our stay at Kauai and got excellent service. The people behind the counter were clean, courteous and generous with portions. They even accommodate extra requests graciously!Parking: Free parking in the complex. Plenty spots.

Convenient location next to Safeway. Vegetables are fresh as usual. Their wraps are also delicious.
Great service very nice employees and just a great subway in general and the food also tasted pretty great and I see no major flaws

Bad experience. My daughter saw your ad about your melt and she has been begging me to take her to Subway for a week. Server was unfriendly and the melt my daughter was looking forward to wasn't melted we discovered after we left.. The trip to Subway took 2 hours with rain and traffic, traffic we are still sitting in. and all I have to show for it is a disappointed child.

Customer service just is not here. The assistant manager was rude, non helpful at all, and I will not be going back which is a shame. Although when you are a customer regardless you do anticipate that the staff will be polite and help the customers. Not happening here at this location whatsoever. Especially fora management personnel to in no way fix any situation to be more positive for the customer and the business. You would think they'd offer something to help a situation. Not the case unfortunately. I had got the name Florie asst manager from the name tag.

I remember going there a couple of weeks ago. Food was great except for the mayo I asked for in which they only added like a quarter of what I wished for/what other subway restaurants added.SOMETHING I HATED THE MOST ‼️⚠️ There was a lady who worked there who looked to be short and filipino and she was just taking my order, not making the sandwich. She had an attitude. What happened was that I couldn’t hear her the first time and I said “What?” and she responds in a louder, rude, sarcastic, tone. A kind where you get impatient so you respond in an aggressive, angry voice. Please improve her attitude. And the mayo. The lady doing my sandwich was pretty sloppy too.I’m a Filipino who can speak and understand fluent Tagalog and understand quite a bit of Ilocano. Not sure if I heard it correctly but I think I heard the rude lady mutter something bad in Tagalog.
