I had a very bad experience here. I placed my order online and was ready for pickup but the lady refused to believe me. Later realized someone else picked up my order. When I finally got my order- the potato tacos were missing.

I've had a LOT of Nachos Bellgrande in my lifetime and I have no idea what that mess they served me last night was. I asked for no beans and what got was some chips covered with brown goo (playing the part of ground beef), cheese and sour cream. No tomatoes or anything else. Slopped into the container like it had been shaken. Just nasty.

There's a very long line for the drive-thru. They close at 6:00 p.m. and they take so long for each car. I already placed my online order which I can't cancel after I place it after realize how bad the line was. Now stuck waiting in line for 30 MINUTES.
Missed my evening appointment as a result. I fully regret choosing to this location.

They do this weird thing where they only take one order at a time and it takes the line like 2 hours for you to get your meal garbage straight scrap iron never go to the Taco Bell in kapaa 🤙🏼

Definitely as a tourist this was a very different experience than I'm used to. The times that they're open was confusing (closes everyday at 6 (sometimes) ....good was very subpar, but I did love the recycled containers instead of the plastic ones
