Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious. We got an everything bagel with the green onion feta cream cheese and one of the bagel sandwiches. So delicious. Well made iced lattes as well!! Supporting local is always the best choice.

They have many vegan pastries. We got a cinnamon roll and peanut butter brownie which both tasted great. Would go back to try more of the baked goods. Also had a FLT (tempeh sandwich) and salami bagel which were also good but nothing special and for what it was a bit pricey. Good spot to get a snack on your from Kona south to Volcano.

Kaya’s does the best gluten-free pie crust I’ve ever had, and I’m a gf connoisseur. Try the quiche, for sure.

They have lots of gf options (though beware that not EVERYTHING is gf) and everything I’ve tried has been delicious! Friendly, busy atmosphere that caters to locals as well as tourists, this place is a gem.

The woman in the back named Mary was a little loud but everything else was AMAZING!

Plenty of vegan baked goods to choose from, and boy did I! Peanut butter, ginger and chocolate chip cookie, cinnamon roll, s’mores brownie and s’mores granola bar. Everything was delicious, the cookies were a bit dry and crumbly, brownie was very soft and fudgey. Cinnamon roll and granola bar were PERFECT no critiques. I also got a veggie sandwich with tempeh on sourdough, which was pretty good but took a while (20mins). Lots of local art and products to look at while waiting for drinks and foods.

Their gluten free veggie bean burger was amazing.

We went here several times during our trip. The sandwiches are delicious and I really liked the smoothies. The prices are very reasonable for Hawaii which is a plus!

This is the best local spot on the island!

Popped in here for coffee and was so pleased to see most of the baked goods were vegan and most menu items were, too. I had a tempeh sandwich, smoothie and baked goods and all were amazing.

Overall a great local Hawaiian coffee shop that sells variety breakfast and lunch meals. Plenty of seats including some outdoor seating. Great pastries if you’re into sweets! We love bagels, but we were disappointed with them, as it felt like they were refrigerated for a while and they weren’t homemade.

Delicious FLT bagel and coffee

Chai made with expert care and not rushed process as others got their drinks before me. Matcha late was great too. Enjoyed the FLT, didn't see they put mustard in it, so the second time was better without it. Had their Sundog traditional sour dough both times. Pretty tasty sandwich. Nice they have cookies and scones that are vegan. Been there several times over multiple visits. Busy but always able to find seating even with a dog in our party.
