Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious. We got an everything bagel with the green onion feta cream cheese and one of the bagel sandwiches. So delicious. Well made iced lattes as well!! Supporting local is always the best choice.
They have many vegan pastries. We got a cinnamon roll and peanut butter brownie which both tasted great.
Would go back to try more of the baked goods.
Also had a FLT (tempeh sandwich) and salami bagel which were also good but nothing special and for what it was a bit pricey.
Good spot to get a snack on your from Kona south to Volcano.
Kaya’s does the best gluten-free pie crust I’ve ever had, and I’m a gf connoisseur. Try the quiche, for sure.
They have lots of gf options (though beware that not EVERYTHING is gf) and everything I’ve tried has been delicious! Friendly, busy atmosphere that caters to locals as well as tourists, this place is a gem.
