3rd time and each time has been a wonderful experience and excellent food! We've had the pork chops, rack of lamb, and seafood combo special. Looking forward to our 4th visit!!

Good food, good service and relaxed ambience. The owner is the chef and does a great job keeping up with quality. Loved the live music.

We made a reservation here to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Upon making the reservation we added that it was our 50th anniversary. We arrived a few minutes early. We were not acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Nothing was said about our anniversary. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant. It was busy and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We ordered our food and drinks. Our salad came quickly. We watched other folks be seated, orders taken. We watched the food arrive at their tables as we continued to wait. None of the staff seemed to realize we had not received our meals. We finally asked about our entrees. It was determined that our order had gotten lost. The staff were apologetic and very nice. We were finally presented with our dinner. We were offered free dessert and coffee. We ordered a caprese salad. It was not very good. The tomatoes were crunchy as they were not ripe. I would not recommend until ripened tomatoes are available. I had the duck and my husband had the fish of the day. Both were very good. The free dessert and coffee did not make up for our disappointing experience in the celebration of our 50th anniversary.

We joined friends for dinner here last night. We all really enjoyed the eggplant appetizer. I had the fresh catch with the lemon caper sauce. The mahi was prepared just right. They know how to do fish! There were too many good choices for dessert. We ended up splitting the mango cobbler with lilikoi sauce. It was excellent. The service was great! Our server was very patient with us-accomodating us with a table change (it was chilly last night) and gave one of our party extra veggies and re-running the bill for him when there was a small upcharge for using a charge card. There was some nice music which wasn't too loud which we appreciated. We will definately be back-so nice that Kona is getting some good restaurants that don't charge an arm and a leg. The was that the lilikoi martini which was gorgeous to look at could have used a little more kick and be a little less sweet.

Tyler, normally back in the kitchen, was a great server. Although the restaurant was clearly undermanned, the service was pretty spotless due to the hustle of the two taking care of everyone. And the chicken in peppercorn gravy is still the best chicken dish I've ever had at a restaurant!

We had reservations here at 7 pm. We arrived a few minutes early and there was a group of four ahead of us. They were seated after a few minutes and then we waited to be seated. A few employees passed by us, no one acknowledged us or said anything to us. It was like we weren’t there. Finally, after nearly 15 minutes we left. We didn’t want to keep waiting and be further disappointed in the service.

Always a pleasure to return to the Keei Café. Certainly some of the best cooking on the island. And one of the menus with the most selections. Duck, lamb, fish, all prepared really well. Oh, and don't forget the desserts. Services is always wonderful. They work hard and try hard. This is the only restaurant that we have been to several times on our stay this winter.

We waited at reception for 10 minutes and weren't even greeted. Went again.

Requests made via OpenTable were not read and host had no idea of our anniversary dinner at a table out of the path of guests/waiters/kitchen/etc. We were seated ok but the service was slow. IMHO there are too many tables close to each other in a small area making it noisy and loss of romantic ambience it once had.

It's always been a consistent experience. So many restaurants in the area are hit or miss on both service and quality, but Keei has always been consistently good on both. Very pleasant servers and hostesses and food quality is top notch, though the black bean soup was a bit bland and the pork chops, while tender, were a bit under seasoned. Otherwise a very positive experience.

We have dined at Keei numerous times over the years, and have always found it to be a lovely place. The food is extraordinary, especially the eggplant rolls appetizer, and the fresh fish of the day with the four sauce choices. Other dishes are equally delicious. Staff is courteous, cheerful and efficient. We are thrilled that Keei survived Covid!

Loved the variety of choices in the menu, most locally sourced. Wait staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. This was our 3rd visit. Ambiance welcoming local style. We'll be back again.
