Hadn't had their Rum Cake in quite awhile. Bought one to share for a Thanksgiving dinner party and was horrified at how dry the top of the cake was and how wet and saturated the bottom. Seemed like the Rum was over-injected into the finished product. For $36 a small round, extremely disappointed. Used to buy them a lot when it was in Costco(years ago). Perhaps a recipe alteration? Or different owners? I don't know. Should have shot a video after opening the box. Video would've explained it better

Wonderful people and great products
Good coffee, nice store.
Great place and people
Softest rum cake I have tasted! Absolutely delicious and yummy! You must try their rum cakes while on the Big Island
The rum cake is exquisite, and it keeps for a long time, so it's perfect as a souvenir, although it's a little heavy.
On-island repeat customer…..nice staff and a great product.
Stop in, what a surprise! Good pound cakes and very friendly staff. Free samples work, we bought!

The rum cakes are to die for. OMG.
Rum Cakes !!!They make them there in the shop. We were able to sample them. We got the "3 for $20" deal. I had to get the Lava Flow Coffee Cup for $20. It works great.
Cake by the ocean..... So good
Just tried the pineapple rum cake. AMAZING!!! Will definitely be ordering more soon. Better than the rum cakes I had in the Caribbean.
