OMG the new shake along with the meal is actually so good. I never thought McDonald’s would be this great. To be honest, I would never pick anything else if this wasn’t limited edition. GET the new McDonald’s shake it is delicious. 🤤 to be honest, never in my life have I ever experience happiness and rainbows all in one cup

The food is good 90% of the time, rare exceptions. Such as a custom order not being followed but it's not the end of the world. Major issue is the place is always closed. It's been so long that people have been able to walk into the building. Then they are always closed early, they never close at 9pm, it's around 4-5pm they close. Haven't updated google maps on it at all. The mobile app sometimes will say that this location can't take your order at this time either.

Bare minimum McDonald's,, fries need salt you have to beg for ketchup and you never know if you're getting sugar-free or regular when you order your vanilla latte which is a good thing to know if you're a diabetic

Hours on the Google were weird, but we drive by anyway…
Ordered for curbside pick up and yellow cones were in all the spots. Went through the drive through and they didnt comp me or refund, was like they had no clue what I was talking about. Even showed online receipt but it clearly wasnt making sense to the drive thru worker despite me trying to explain the situation. Had to pay twice and was on my way to work so I just took the L. Offer these workers more money so they can staff the place and offer the services they say they do, or something.

Well, it has been under construction for an unfortunate amount of time. Hopefully, the vibe and atmosphere will reflect the hard work when it gets completed. It may only be a McDonald's, but getting it to fit in and match the style of other island structure is difficult.

they often close an hour before scheduled... today is perfect example, 3-30 closed at 2000hrs. so either the Google hours are wrong or they do what they want... not good for customers or Doordash people.
Also in 2 years I have never seen the dining room open lol

Got yelled at by a senior employee, who was rude to other potential customers, and stated that they are closed, during the regular work hours, huh? This is not aloha vibe, this is a new low for McDonald’s
