Hands down phenomenal!
Rosie was a great server and took great care of us. The lemonade was unbelievably good and the food was top tier. I'm glad that Kealakekua has a restaurant of this caliber.
Get the party pack of sauces, you won't regret it.

Hidden gem in the southern part of north Kona located in the village of Kainaliu. If you've driven by here and never stopped, that first time you check it out, y I I'll be surprised you hadn't stopped sooner.
The Jumbalaya is awesome. Its spicy so if you are spice timid, be cautious. The pepperoni garlic fries are a standard order for us every visit. The Cuban pupu is very good, mild spicy flavor, great texture. A must try.
They make their own sauces that are amazing. The ketchup is excellent.
Yummy beers on tap.
Easy parking on the street or the public lot directly behind the restaurant. The entrance is one way at the north driveway.

They were able to easily accommodate my family’s food allergies (soy, dairy, gluten, nuts, and eggs) and the food was excellent! Don’t let the exterior deter you. This low-key relaxed place is a fantastic stop that won’t disappoint.

Da Kine and Da Shroom burgers in this small kitchen and bar decorated with amazing art is just what we needed to close out the trip. Top quality ingredients. How a burger ought to be made. Delicious and cold beer. Pepperoni garlic fries were a hit as well.
Do not miss the sauces. The ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce aint yohr grandpappys condiments. These have character, distinct flavors, and will rock your socks off. I will be buying some to be shopped to Ohio. Best ketchup ive ever had.

The food was great and it was reasonably priced. We had lilikoi cheesecake for desert and it was fa tastic.
It was a nice place. The cuban wantons were the star of our meal. I think my only complaint is that the portions were a bit small, especially for the prices, but the staff were very friendly.
Worth a stop. Really good burgers with local ingredients, even decent iced tea. Don’t settle for a corporate burger if you’re headed this way.

After reading other reviews I decided to take the family to Rebel Kitchen for lunch. It did not disappoint. The food was outstanding! The sauces are fantastic! I bout the ketchup, mustard and hot sauce at the restaurant and bought more at a local store. I love the twist they put on the ketchup and mustard. Our server was great, food came out hot, fresh and fast. I recommend this place for anyone.
