Can't go wrong with this location. Love these rooms.

We came around 10:15am and everything looked picked over in the self serve area. Meals we ordered were good. Service was average. More help yourself except for the hot items that we ordered separately. Price also increased to $30/person versus $25.

One of the classiest resorts on Maui! The interior design is second to none and the service is as well. If you're looking for a very chic, understated elegant place to stay or to meet friends for a meal or drinks, this is the place!

Parking: Valley parking is available yet if you Drive just passed the front entrance by 200 feet, enter the Wailea Town center and park your vehicle in the free lot there and then walk back down to enter the hotel.

Wow. We are staying at the hotel and tried to get a bite at the bar. They said they could not make me even one thing that didn’t have onions or garlic (an allergy). Not a burger or a salad or an appetizer. Literally told me they couldn’t accommodate in any way. I eat out alot - and Maui is definitely harder than California- but still Ive never been told “nothing”! And waitress wasn’t at all apologetic. So we won’t be able to eat the whole time we stay there? Insane. Definitely don’t come here if you have an allergy. Or would like a smile.

For only slightly higher price (about 10%), you would do so much better at the other Marriott property down the hill by the beach. This was not near the beach, and with no shortage of space, the $30/day parking was just another way to get your money. Lobby was fine, but there was no one there to greet you as you arrive or help you with luggage. The "concierge" was actually someone at another property who is reachable by phone. The $30 breakfast was a joke. The infinity pool overlooks the parking lot. The "happy hour" at the hotel bar was basically a limited menu with a couple of dollars off, and attracted loud patrons who were either publicly fondling each other or acted like prostitutes (one woman fanned out one hundred dollar bills while doing a selfie at the bar). The room was fine and spacious, but the bed was saggy. I would not recommend this place.

We spent one night here in May 2023 as we were on Maui for a quick overnight. This hotel is so cute! It was so new and clean! I love how our room didn’t have any carpet, feels cleaner. When in Maui, we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed there for 2 nights and I am 6 months pregnant. The rooms felt like they had NO insulation and we didn't sleep either night. I called about the noise but nothing changed. I then contacted the Marriott at the end of my stay and there was "nothing they could do" to accommodate me. This seems to be a trend with Marriotts where they are "unable" to accommodate you and provide any kind of reliable, kind customer service. This is a very expensive hotel and not worth it at all. The pool and view are nice but there is no reason to stay there if you're looking to get a good nights sleep.

This was my first time to Maui. We loved the AC hotel. It is a smallish hotel. It has a beautiful infinity swimming pool and nice large spa. The patio area has a nice bar and they will serve you appetizers. The pool towels were always stocked. Many chairs and lounges with umbrellas. You can see the ocean from the pool but not the waves. The breakfast was very good. They had hot items that they made for you as well as a buffet of the cold items. Good coffee and many drinks to choose from. The last day they raised the all you can eat breakfast from $25 to $30. So that was a bummer. The room was very clean and minimalistic. We stayed on the garden side. Our adult son and wife were on the pool side and they said it was somewhat noisy. The pool closes at 9 pm. The view wasn’t that great of the ocean and it was an increased cost. The mattress was quite firm but not uncomfortable. It was about the firmest mattress that I have ever had in a hotel. I slept okay, but I would not say the mattress felt luxurious. The area the hotel is in is gorgeous. The ocean is fairly close. You may be able to walk but we drove. I met a woman who was a Maui native. She was having breakfast in the hotel . She was just there to have breakfast with a friend. She said that this hotel is a little gem. I agree and I would definitely stay there again. The Monkeypod restaurant is a short walk up the hill. The food was delicious. You would probably need a reservation.

Quick trip for business and the hotel was everything we needed and more. Great friendly staff, Jonell Aboy especially at the front desk was so knowledgable and friendly. 100% will be returning when coming back to Maui and will be recommending to friends. Air conditioning worked great, great shades, quiet hall ways, beautiful pool, big parking lot, everything a good hotel needs, this has.

Its a beautiful hotel off the waterfront. Staff were very nice and the lounge/bar is exceptional. You cant miss the parking lot standing out in views and pictures from the balcony, but thats a minor annoyance. Super enjoyed the lounge after hours with an environment conducive to conversation. The rooms are appropriate for the price, but the location inferior to beachfront hotels similarly priced. We enjoyed our stay, but wouldnt return. The hotel is set up under contract with several airlines and provides free rooms to airline staff for a fixed corporate fee. This means it is set up for short term stays and longer term guests are a bit short changed. Example - complimentary water only for the first night and you are on you own thereafter. No make up mirrors. Spa was not functioning for at least a week and was not fixed when we departed. Advised we could use a spa belonging to other hotel a 1/4 mile away. Seriously? A mismanaged solution to a fairly pricey Marriot. Irrespective, its a very nice hotel if you are not planning on beach access and only in Maui for the short term. Balcony suites are only larger balconies and not suites.

It was a pleasure to stay here! What a wonderful team... This is a nice and relaxed newer facility with a great location. The rooms were comfortable, the food yummy, and the pool freezing cold (Which i liked) Everything this trip was wonderful.

Let me start by saying that if you want the resort vibe and this hotel isn't substantially less than the Marriott Wailea...then you'll probably be happier at the other hotel. This hotel caters more to business travelers, those looking for a stopover before checking in to the main hotel, and those looking to stay away from crazy resorts. If you haven't been to Hawaii and you've been saving up for the big trip with all of the extras, you might be disappointed to find out that it's not on the ocean and is missing some of the amenities you might see further down the road. No one is planning your dinners or bringing you room service here. It's definitely not for everyone...but it's for me. :) Personally, I loved it. I loved that I could get a cabana without paying $250, I loved the laid back pool bar, and I loved that I didn't pay a resort fee on top of parking. No forgetting where I parked my car or fighting for pool chairs at 7am like I've experienced elsewhere.. It's super easy to walk down to the beach, explore resorts, get to the shops, etc. Everyone we chatted with at the hotel was amazing and there was plenty of room to spread out at the pool and the lobby. I'll definitely be back.
