I provided some basic information about my favorite type of beverages and Kirsty and her team ran with it, creating the most beautiful and delicious drinks you could imagine. The presentation and experience was so beautiful it is difficult to describe but I’m attaching a few pictures. There were so many special surprises from Aloha Bars throughout the night, all unexpected but perfect.
I could not have been happier with the presentation, taste, and spirit from Kirsty and her team. This may not be typical, but Kirsty helped recommend an amazing chef when we were having some trouble finding the right fit. Noa and William, the bartenders at our event, were outstanding. They were fun, personable, and incredibly efficient, especially considering the complexity of our three signature cocktails. We chose the smoked old fashioned as one of signature cocktails and each and every one was freshly smoked, which is something I’d never seen at a wedding! I feel like a lot of times with bar service at weddings they cut a lot of corners and put out more simplified versions of drinks to keep the crowd moving, but Aloha Bars Maui spared no detail AND provided fast, professional and fun service.
The drinks were served quickly and, must importantly, tasted incredible. They were perfectly balanced, delicious enough to sip all night, and beautifully garnished. If you take one thing from this review let it be that having the Mai Tai with the passionfruit foam as one of your signature drinks is a MUST. So perfect for the location and so, so, delicious. It was a hit with the entire group.
Additionally, Kirsty was a joy to work with throughout the planning process. She answered all our questions thoughtfully and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Her guidance on purchasing alcohol and providing cost estimates was invaluable and made planning so much easier.

Kirsty and the team at Aloha Bars were just perfect, from the planning stage to the on-the-day setup and service. The questionnaire that Kirsty shared was very detailed and informative, and ultimately helped us understand how much alcohol to buy. They also had some AMAZING signature cocktail options! Once our shopping list was shared, it helped to know we could buy from Costco to reduce costs, but also return anything that we didn't use. On the day itself, the signature cocktails were not only delicious, but they were able to incorporate our dog into the wedding by creating rice paper photo prints that were added to the cocktails.
