“This is a super cool funky Maui TREASURE! The atmosphere is totally chill. You will meet locals and tourists in this unique and fun pub/restaurant. Bring a dollar bill or two to personalize and hang on the wall with the tens of thousands of others that have visited over the last ~40+ years. The menu is simple and very good. Sandwiches are fresh, delicious, and big enough for the hearty appetite. There is a full bar here too that can serve local beers and crafty cocktails to enhance your meal. Dina's also offers some great hotdog recipes and everything on the menu can be ordered for either dine in or take-away. Located on the shore of Sugar Beach it is a convenient stop to grab a lunch to go or dine in for some cheerful service. Open daily from 11am to 10pm which also makes it a great place to grab an evening cocktail with friends after the beach or day of adventures. Plenty of allowed parking available at Sugar Beach Resort. Highly recommended if you are looking for a low key relaxing and fun place. 👍“

“Spent an evening in Kihei from Lahaina, and stopped here for a bite to eat before a concert. The happy hour for locals lasts all day and night, they have great specials for food and drinks. Especially enjoyed our server Walter, he was awesome! Thank you for a great time“

“Pukalani Terrance Center is one of the last big shopping areas on your way up to Haleakala National Park, to the Haleakala Summit to watch the sunset. My husband and I stopped by this outdoor shopping center to pick up some food to eat while we watch the sunset. In this plaza, there is a Foodland Market (which seems to be the one and only place that sells spam musubi with the rice seasoned with furikaka. The other Foodland locations that I have visited on this island did not have it) which has a Starbucks inside, there is an Ace Hardware, a Post Office and a few small eateries. In order to use the public restrooms at this plaza, which are located next to Farmacy Health Bar (down a hallway), you will need to enter the following codes for the ladies and men's: ladies- 234. Gentlemen- 345. The restrooms are not the most cleanest but they were decent. It was nice that this plaza was here for us to pick up some food before heading up the summit to check out the sunset. We ended up picking up a few poke bowls at Foodland (so delicious and fresh) and would stop by here again if I was heading up towards the national park again.“

“EAT here! They have a vegan menu and are super accommodating; more importantly the food is (a bit overpriced but) delicious!!
This is honestly the best option I have found for nicer resort dining with a robust vegan/vegetarian friendly menu. They easily beat out most of the others.
The Thai crunch noodles with tofu are awesome - I have come back like three times this vacation just to have them. Somehow it's light (ish) but really flavor-packed and fresh.
They also have vegan chorizo tacos on their lunch menu and the spring rolls with added tofu are fab. Highly recommend for families with mixed dietary needs.“

“A nice option (and the only one in my opinion) for a good sit down meal in the Maui airport. Nice atmosphere that doesn't feel like an airport, great service and tasty food. Enjoyed the chicken Caesar and beach salad with very good chimichurri dressing.“
