We got the coconut condensed milk with shaved ice along with a bunch of delicious toppings like lychees, lilikoi jam, taro, boba etc.

Bling Bing Shaved Ice is amazing! I got the individual size with condensed milk, raspberries and mango, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was just right, and every bite was super refreshing and flavorful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty treat!

So yummy! I got the traditional shave ice, with Uber condensed milk (seems to be less sweet than the regular condensed milk one). Added mochi and the lilikoi jam, having that good mix of tangyness. Perfect after dinner!

Da Sweet Spot is truly a magical place, specializing in Taiwanese Shaved Ice and other delightful desserts like Bao Bings and Hapas.
They are located in the back among several other food trucks at South Maui Gardens, it’s the perfect spot to treat yourself. I had the rainbow shaved ice, but swapped out the pineapple flavor for my personal preference. For just an extra dollar, you can add vanilla ice cream — and of course, I couldn’t resist. I never imagined that combo would work so well together, but it turned out to be the perfect sweet treat while enjoying my luau.
They also offer catering for events, so if you’re planning a party, I highly recommend checking them out!

The vegan condensed milk itself was such a treat to have, which made it very reminscent of Korean bingsu. Also topped mine off with pineapple, taro, and lilikoi jam.
MUST try while in Maui.
Can be a little difficult locating as it's a food truck nestled amongst other food trucks.

I got the rainbow shaved ice with soft serve, the flavours tasted very fake and the ice cream at the bottom wasn’t very good. If you go here I bet ordering one of their speciality bowls is the better option, don’t get the basic shaved ice it’s overpriced and not very good imo!

Absolutely phenomenal. I got a traditional bao bing with regular condensed milk, strawberries and pineapple. The texture of the shave ice is so delicate and fluffy, while the condensed milk is so sweet and creamy. The fruit balances the richness of the shave ice with some freshness. My husband got the Sunset, with Dole instead of ice cream. It was also delicious. Great flavors and toppings (which are pre chosen for this one.) The syrups taste fruity and fresh, not at all like the manufactured, artificial syrups you would get at other shave ice spots.
This is an absolute MUST if you are staying in Kihei, and it may even be worth the trip even if you are staying elsewhere on Maui. The vibes in the South Maui Gardens (where the food trucks are located) are superb. Lots of delicious options for lunch/dinner nearby and live music sometimes too. Highly recommend!

The best shave ice on Maui! The toppings are all delicious. Lots of options. The flavored creams are amazing - matcha and ube are the best. The sweet taro topping was delicious. And the dishes with soft serve in the middle were also very tasty.

I never do a review unless it’s a glowing one but this was such an unfortunate experience. I totally understand not wanting to make customizations on the Rainbow shave ice to avoid people changing things frequently. However I would think that there would be exceptions for a child with a strawberry allergy. Part of the fun for kids is the colors. In terms of customer service to flat out refusal to swap for a different red color syrup is a terrible call. On top of that they didn’t put enough syrup so the middle was just plain ice. We are local and frequently come to the food trucks. Unfortunately I don’t want to support a business that’s won’t accommodate for an allergy.

This is the best shaved ice and ice cream dessert I have had in my entire life. So delicious! You cannot leave Maui without having this at least once! And this whole Food Truck venue with outdoor seating, live music and a beautiful vibe is amazing too.
