Great place, I live on island and come here a few time a year when in the area. The new remodel inside has a way nicer and better traffic flow than before.
Friendly staff.

At 8:30 on a drippy morning there about 40 people in line, which took about a 40 min wait. Gauging other posts, wait time is about 1 minute/person in line.
The rolls were exceptional with plenty of cinnamon sauce, which makes buying the sour cream icing not necessary.
Scones are massive and excellent, as well.
Ample parking.

Absolute must-stop every time we’re on the island. Yes, the regular cinnamon rolls are amazing—but the gluten-free cinnamon rolls are unreal, which is so rare and so appreciated!!! The women working there are incredibly kind and welcoming, which somehow makes the rolls taste even better. This place is such a tradition for my family that we don’t even wait to get home—we’re usually outside, eating cinnamon rolls like absolute animals on the curb (just wait until you see these and you’ll be the same way). Wouldn’t have it any other way. Can’t recommend it enough!

Delicious cinnamon rolls and legit GF options for celiac. Service was very quick and efficient. They don’t mess around!
Also don’t plan on your cinnamon roll coming with frosting. You pay à la cart for everything!
Also, the store front is kind of hard to find. Tucked under a staircase in the shopping center.

The best cinnamon rolls ever....
We first tried this spot over 20 years ago, and let me tell ya—every bit as delicious today! Can’t really call it a hidden gem anymore since there’s always a line out the door, but these workers hustle to serve up an excellent product. It’s a small grab & go shop, but there are tables outside (upstairs & down) in the strip mall. Even better, cross the street to enjoy the deliciousness while watching the surf. This spot really can’t be beat-if you are near Kihei, 100% go! 😋

Definitely recommend ordering ahead to skip the line. The cinnamon rolls are super sticky and gooey! While I personally prefer a fluffier roll, it was still worth trying. The latte was excellent too.

Hmmm… so wanted to love this place but I am gluten free and was served a regular cinnamon roll. When my husband went back up to the counter the cashier said “your receipt says regular”. No offer to replace or fix the mistake. When I ordered I was very clear I need a gf cinnamon roll & also attempted to order the gf banana bread but she let me know they were already out. I had to stand back in line with the roll I couldn’t eat and eventually was able to ask if I can pay the difference ($1) between the regular and gf one in exchange for a roll I could actually eat. She said yes but it really did kill the vibe & overall experience. The gf roll is good for sure just be very careful if you’re gf. I’ve added pics of the original I was served and knew immediately it wasn’t gf… then added a pic of the gf one.

Incredible cinnamon rolls! Uniquely soft and doughy, and the toppings are awesome (we got icing and macadamia nuts). Not terribly priced and service was fast—wasn't busy when we went early afternoon. Not really any space to eat inside, and not a lot of space outside, but we found a table. Perhaps the best surprise was that they also have very good gluten free cinnamon rolls (and other desserts) too—they're very good for gluten free!

Best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! Always fresh and delicious. A favorite place of mine for years now. Always worth the wait!
Downside is the wait at times . . . on weekends and peak times expect to wait 45-60 minutes. But the quality is amazing and it’s a small business definitely worth supporting!
There is no space inside the store and only a few tables in front so you will have to enjoy the delicious goodness somewhere else!

Ordered the gluten free cinnamon roll and the Mac nut coffee. Both were good. Although GF may not be celiac safe as I did feel quite bloated after. But overall was fluffy, soft, and filling. Loved that they heated it up for me and even though there was several people the wait was minimal
