Spelled my daughter’s name wrong after I told them twice when I placed a special order cake. Then when we pick it up they wouldn’t fix it.

We live about 2 blocks from cold stone and its safe to say we go once a week. My favorite flavor is the nutter butter which they occasionally have, its so delicious. My kids are both obsessed with sweet cream and they add sprinkles and reeses peanut butter cups. They workers are always so friendly and the amount of ice cream you get is so worth the price.

The best place EVER- not only because of the ice cream but the service was absolutely AMAZING! We went on July 11th at 8:15pm and close time was 9:00pm - no one was irritated or upset and they were SO helpful! We haven’t had cold stone in YEARS so we had no clue what we wanted and everyone was so patient and polite with us! GREAT SERVICE!!!

The only cold stone in Hawaii now so they always are the best in my eyes. Hopefully this review catches the eyes of the managers and such.

There is a young man that works there at night, very young. I remember going to this location 2 years ago and he was the only one there and he was working very hard providing great ice cream and great service. Fast forward to this past visit he is still there still working hard and providing great service, he can pump out a ice cream quick now! Shoulda got his name, and I hope he has a successful future with this location or in another profession

terrible customer service !!! was rushing us once we step foot in the door, and one staff was even taking pictures, and they didnt even ask if i wanted whip cream and assumed i didnt want whip cream and my friend ordered after me and got whip cream. i even asked if there was a charge for it. (the picture on the sign all milkshakes had whipcream with it) and my milkshake had chocolate in it and i ordered strawberry, what if i was allergic (im also assuming its chocolate but who knows)

We really enjoyed a create your own with french vanilla ice cream and fresh banana with peanuts, caramel& fudge. We called it a fanana split (fake banana split) ONO! Plus the guy that helped us was super fast and efficient mahalo Michael
