Not what it used to be. If you went there pre-pandemic, you’ll be very disappointed. The pulled pork was dry, mac and cheese was boxed (and had zero taste), the ribs were tough. The cornbread was very good though.

Super expensive for what you get and the food was dried out. $22 for ribs and you get 3 small dried out ribs, the brisket portion was also small and dried out. The mac and cheese was water. They were out of several things. The gentleman running the counter didn't know anything. The place was completely dead at about 5pm on a friday, and that should have been a hint. Do not reccomend.

Do not waste your money or time at this place! Pull pork sandwiches are dry and mac & cheese pure garbage! Ribs are dry and even after asking for centercut. Horrible experience and super hot inside. No ice for drinks and poor customer service. We are just shocked at why or how still in business with size of portions and price..Hope they majorly improve.

I’ve been to Texas and have had Texas BBQ, and thought no one could beat it anywhere. Until I found Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse in Maui Hawaii. Incredible, the BBQ was the best by far. Drop everything and just go here!

Delicious! We had the burnt ends, pulled pork sandwich, and brisket sandwich. Everything was tender and cooked to perfection. We chatted with the owner Chris and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Absolutely delicious! Look no further if you're craving BBQ. The service was exceptionally nice and super quick. Fat Daddy himself checked on us multiple times and helped clear our plates. I loved the atmosphere with old school blues on the radio.

Silence at the table, except for the compliments! The food at Fat Daddy's Smokehouse was absolutely delicious. We were all too busy savoring the smoky goodness to chat - Everyone stopped the conversation when the food came out except to say, "Hermmm! This is good! Lemme try a bit of yours!"
So good and the owner is so nice they have some of the best bbq I have ever had , they where short staffed but my experience with the owner and how nice he was was amazing. If i come back to the island I will be back!
