food good drinks great!
Great time 🤙
We went to the luau the food was great the people were very nice. Loved the show
Food is good and plentiful for everyone in our group. I had a grilled chicken with bacon sandwich and it came with waffle fries. The waffle fries were perfectly golden, but unfortunately, they were also perfectly room-temperature upon arrival.
Our server was very responsive and considerate.
The views are beautiful, but you have to contend with a dingy saloon vibe, But, hey, sit back and enjoy the beautiful view and modestly priced food.
We went to Gilligans Island Bar and Grill for their Luau. It was a great fun experience. I recommend visiting their Luau it is a great way to learn about Hawaiian culture .
I was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but don't listen to them, we had fun! The food was good, the chicken and Mahi Mahi were cooked perfectly, the rice was dry, and there was only one type of salad dressing. Husband and kids loved the Kaluha pork. Waitress only came around a couple of times, but it was a full house and she was busy. The hula dancers were beautiful and talented! The live music was fantastic and the lady who ran the show was an incredible singer and kept the crowd laughing between sets. The men and the fire dancer were great too! I wish the fire dancer part lasted longer... This was a shorter luau at about an hour and a half. It seemed a little disorganized at first, as they could have explained how the process would go in the confirmation email. You check in outside the bar and receive a colored card and wait in the court yard. Your section will be called based upon your card color for seating. The stage is raised now, as I read in past reviews people couldn't see. We sat up front and had an unobstructed view, but I could see how in general seating, you wouldn't be able to see the bottom 1/2 of the performers, but you can still see! We had fun, laughed, ate good food, watched stories in dance, made friends with the people we were seated next to! It was a fun night!
An enjoyable evening. The food was actually pretty good. Pulled pork, chicken teriyaki, and Mahi, were your main courses with Hawaiian flair. The entertainment was upbeat, and colorful, and the story was well-explained. Drinks and beverages are included in the price.

I booked the show for Monday evening. I received message at 3PM on Monday that the show got postponed and the availability is for either Wednesday or Sunday. I asked them to shift it for Wednesday evening. The food was ok. I liked the performance but there was very less visibility. I saw a lot of videos and pictures of other shows on Instagram which has a great view. I didn’t like the sitting arrangements also they gave us last seat. I would suggest others to do research on some other shows as we are paying a lot.
