Went for the Luau and was not disappointed. I loved everything on my plate and ate way too much! The pork and fish were both very good. Tender and juicy. The humus and veggies was also very tasty. We really enjoyed the show as well. The dancing and the music we're beautiful and the fire twirling was quite impressive.

Been here to watch a Luau, I didn’t expected good food or a very touristy show. But I was all wrong! Both was really good! The all you can eat traditional food has something for everyone and was a good quality. The show was very enjoyable. The service was ok, the female bartender before the show was exceptional sweet and made really good drinks.

2nd year visiting but this time it was for our daughter's birthday. Brought the whole family along with the mother in law and her niece all the way from Guatemala. Renee and Savanah were really sweet and gave the family a time to remember and cherish. Wonderful staff, amazing view, great food, and the show were all amazing. Good vibes and great atmosphere. Thanks again to Gilligans Bar and Grill for making it special.

First time in Hawaii, didn’t know what to expect but I was excited by the performances, more than satisfied by the musicians & very happy with the vocals. The costumes were attractive as were the dancers. The staff was very willing and worked hard to keep the visitors happy. Their work supported the dancers & musicians. Total team work for a great evening. I’ve seen Luaus on TV but so hard to compete with Hollywood . So glad Gillian’s had a very ample, competent crew. #gilligansmaui #buzzybooth
At this point, We have done a resort luau and this luau. The food was so much better at Gilligan’s. The show is a smaller crew, still very amazing and cool. Plus it is a smaller venue so you are closer to the show. Much more intimate show and service!
