Tried kava for the first time but not a huge fan. Not sure the bartender cared enough to explain and help us choose. The atmosphere was nice though. My partner and I each got a half bowl but in hindsight we could have ordered one full bowl to try and save money.
First time visiting with my husband. Seemed to be a place where a lot of locals hang out. Relaxing chill atmosphere. Tried a 64oz bowl with my husband, felt numbing on my tongue and euphoric relaxing feeling. Servers were quick and attentive.
I got the Traditional Kava, it does what it's supposed to do.
Kid-friendliness: More barish, but there are other shops around there that share a common atrium.
