The full rack of ribs is top knotch, but the chicken was a little bit dry. I'm going back for another rack of ribs this weekend. Great wood fired rotisserie.

Chicken was disappointing. If this is huli huli supposed to be then it’s bland. That or the chicken was not sauced/spiced correctly. $17 for half chicken, canned corn and rice is not exactly I envisioned.
We got the huli huli chicken twice while staying in Kihei. On one occasion we used the chicken to make tacos. For the other meal, we simply ate it as part of a meal. We look foward to getting huli huli chicken here on future trips.

Super small little location in the front of a swap meet and ordered the chicken plate. The chicken was super flavorful and was falling off the bone. The smell of the chicken cooking was wonderful too. Cool little place to check out!
