So I just had dinner here tonight. The Salmon Skin salad is one of a kind. The Fried Tempura Ice Cream is to die for. The only thing that was disappointing was the wait time for the table. I arrived and requested a table for one by the window. The hostess immediately suggested a spot at the sushi bar. Unfortunately at the time my request for a table by the window had a wait time of around 20 minutes. During the wait, 2 other small parties were being seated. I'm currently a member of the resort that houses this restaurant and this is unacceptable. All in all, the food is great but the service could be a bit better.

We enjoyed this restaurant very much. With a party of 17 it can be a challenge to serve so many efficiently. The staff excelled at their jobs serving delicious plates quickly with Aloha. The sushi chef is superb and the whole atmosphere here was joyful and welcoming. A must try... the Ube Creme Brulee. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend others to give it a try too!

Excellent food every time!!Casual or dress up dining.The sushi bar and chefs are the best in Maui! Large rolls. Very creative and tasty.Love potion #9 should be on the menu forever!! Delicious desserts too! Everyone there is friendly and happy!
