Says open 24 hours but I pay and place a mobile order just to drive over here and see these cones blocking the drive thru. Just took my money and no food.

Decided on the need to have one cheap meal before heading home. Against my better judgment, my grandson wanted Jack in the box. I don’t eat meat but I could have a breakfast sandwich minus the meat so I agreed. Ordered & brought it back to the room. What do I see was given to us? Both my breakfast sandwiches had meat in them. One with bacon, one with ham. H ok w do you make that kind of mistake. The two were ordered the same. Very unhappy & felt cheated. Won’t go again no matter what. One star given only because no stars isn’t an option.

Terrible experience. Wasted $30 on a pickup order. Half was inedible the other half was missing. Avoid this one..
Friendly, smiling folks hand you a mouth-watering meal within a
minute...always fresh and delicious ! Try the smashed burger or Portuguese sausage breakfa st platter...oh, and their crispy, crunchy onion rings add some savory guilt you won't regret! Not to be missed!!

It was late at night and was looking for places that was open and saw that Jack in a box was open 24 hours. I passed by and there were cones blocking the drive thru. Like idk why you gotta have cones blocking the drive thru when it says 24 hours on the window. I’m not blaming jack in a box, just blaming the owner or manager for putting that sign up when it’s not true. Unreal

Nobody bother with the heyjackbox.com route once presented. Been almost a month after submitting there without a response. If JITB is too good for their paying customers then they should just close the doors!

Garden salad was only iceberg lettuce and an uncut piece of chicken with carrot shavings, no green salad like the picture. And the sourdough jack had only 1 patty not 2 like it was supposed to. But I only noticed when I got home. Spent $34 for 2 bad meals. Fries and soda were good though
