This place is advertised open 24 hours.Not true. Lady had the nerve to put a pylon Infront of us and not having the decency to let us order even though we arrived at 11:10 PM. Not going back to Jack in the box. Next time will go to McDonald's.

Horrible service ordered food for delivery and received nothing but got charged for it . The kihei jack n box refused refund me, help me and was absolutely rude as can be about it . All Your managers, supervisors need serious training. They don't even answer the phone nicely. After receiving this kind of service I asked for district managers name and number asked for there name I got hung up on a few different time. One even told me I dont have a name and hung up on me!!! All I wanted was my refund . I ready to get ahold of corporate now to REPORT HIS STORE. I'm considering making a police report as well. Thats unexceptable service by any means!!!

I called the store when missing the credi card I used for a purchase- because I said I may have dropped it right outside their door in the handicap parking space, Krystal said they were not allowed to look outside the store. While this is understandable- it is as 7p - she neglected to ask my name as they were holding my credit card inside the store!!!! I am dumbfounded at the myopic response particularly when she could have verified if I was the owner of the card they had at the counter. Customer response is a minus 10!!! OMG Krystal is new and did not recognize that I was a daily customer. So the lack of training is a huge factor too. Such a disappointing encounter very unlike most of my contacts with the more experienced employees!!!
