Terrible customer service….ignored my son several times instead of answering his questions.
Dole whip did not have the right mixture, it was terrible. It was $20 for 2 comes and the other come we got was less then a scoop.
No sampling, rude staff, terrible quality, and small portions for the price. Next time I will go 1 block down to the other shop.

I personally love this place, I’m local and I go here at-least 1-2 times per month, the portions sizes are fair. My go to flavors are mint chip and houpia. I took one star away because depending on who’s working they can give a little bit of attitude if you don’t tip as much as they like, and I’m kid so I don’t have a lot of money to tip.

I don’t do reviews often, so take this for what it’s worth. WORST experience I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop. Family of 4 (two kids under 5). Kids have NO IDEA what they like but no way this guy was doing samples. What ice cream shop doesn’t do samples??? They lost out on $40+ because they wouldn’t do .40 in samples. We walked out. This would be a great spot for an ice cream shop. Go to Da Sweet Shop or Peggy Sues… anywhere but here. Dole whip is also more expensive here than South Maui Gardens.

The ice cream is great, but the man working there verbally prompted for a tip. There is no reason to tip someone making a salary. Won't be returning.

Soooo many flavors to choose from. Highly recommend the freshly made waffle cones. We enjoyed the mango and lollikoi sorbet and also the macadamia nut ice cream.

Friendly local ice cream place. Nice and cool sitting inside. All their waffle cones and bowls are hand-made in store each morning, it was fun to watch the process. Some shade in the parking lot if you're lucky.
