Mandatory visit on every trip to Maui for my family. This little chinese restaurant is really that good. Excellent value for their mixed plates and delicious food. If you are in the Kihei area (or drive down from Kaanapali like us), Kings Chinese BBQ is a must try!

It look like a hole in the wall but the food was pretty good. I got the orange chicken with fried rice and my friend got the garlic shrimp meal. I paid $20 for my meal and a drink. So far this was the best value for your money on this island. I even have some food for tomorrow.

Our meal at King Chinese Barbecue was delightfully delicious, featuring an impressive selection of fried shrimp, fried chicken, short ribs, and grilled salmon. However, our dining experience was marred by several service and cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, we received no offer of water, and the cleanliness of our dining area was below expectations. We encountered ants at our first table, and a closer inspection revealed that the tables were not properly cleaned, with visible grime beneath the clear mats. This lack of attention to cleanliness significantly detracted from our overall experience and was the main reason for not awarding a higher rating.Family would like to grab food and leave next time.
This the the worst ever Chinese food I had in my life. It’s freaking bad and very highly priced for cheapest quality food. Avoid this place and save your health and money. Worst food and worst service. Would give 0stars but there is no such option. Please don’t eat here and regret later.
