Been here numerous times and the venue never disappoints. Friendly, fun and lively. Great for couples and families with kids. This visit was disappointing due to a wait staff in training. Trying very hard but messed up one order completely and brought out another one that was cold. To their credit they did comp the dinner order that had been messed up. Would certainly return in spite of this one time issue. A real fun place.

We made reservations prior and were seated right away. The facility was cool with indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated outside. One of us ordered a jalapeño cheddar burger with garlic fries and the other ordered the guava pork sandwich with no fries (fries are an additional charge) the pork sandwich was great! A lot of flavor, and there was a Smokey sweet heat to the meat. The jalapeño cheddar burger looked great, and it tasted good but there was ZERO spice to it. (Which was interesting) the garlic fries were great and we even ordered a drink- their version of an espresso martini (the name escapes me) and the drink was very well done and tasted great. For dessert we ordered one Ube skillet cookie that comes with a scoop of ice cream on top. When the dessert arrived- I expected it to be a warm cookie with a scoop of cold ice cream on top. I was disappointed in the fact that the cookie seemed a bit stale.. (granted the flavor of the cookie was good) it just didn't hit the ‘GREAT' mark for me overall as a dessert. Also one other nit-picky thing is the chairs that they have outside.. they are heavy & metal and make a horrendous soul cutting sound when scraped on the cement ground.

If you're looking for a fun kid friendly spot look no further. Live music starts at 6pm adds that extra noise which in my opinion helps parents relax a bit if you have a noisier kiddo like myself. Food comes out quick, beer is great. Beer garden is fun for all adults and kids, overall great spot.

We have been coming here since they opened...15 years ago. Service from our waiter, Noah, was great. Food was good, nothing hot, fries were warm at best. Drinks and beer took forever at the table. We got served food before drinks. Went to the bar after dinner and drink service was great. Love this place and will go back again for the ambience, music and people.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service
We recently attempted to celebrate a milestone 70th birthday at Maui Brewing Company, a special occasion involving three families, including kids, and some out-of-town guests. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we’d hoped for.
Despite calling multiple times to make a reservation and leaving a voicemail, the staff claimed they never received our message. This led to a long wait for a table. Once seated, the service went downhill quickly.
Our waiter insisted on strict seating arrangements and would only split the bill four ways, regardless of how many families were dining. He was unwilling to accommodate even simple suggestions, like letting the kids sit together. When we politely tried to offer solutions, he responded rudely, dismissing our input with, “That’s the way it’s going to be.”
The manager provided some assistance, but the waiter’s attitude remained hostile and unprofessional. To top it off, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added to the bill, which felt undeserved given the service.
Ultimately, the experience was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. Thankfully, our evening was saved by an impromptu beach picnic, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip.
We were excited to visit Maui Brewing Company, but this experience left a sour taste. For a restaurant of this caliber, we expected much better service and flexibility, especially for a group celebrating such a significant event.
Love love love this place. We keep coming back here every time we visit Maui! The food as well as the beer is great!

Maui Brewing Company was an excellent experience! The establishment itself is beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying good company. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The beer selection was impressive, with a variety of unique and flavorful brews to choose from. Whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a fun spot to unwind, Maui Brewing Company is a must-visit in Maui!
