I went through drive-thru. The person on the other side was unremarkable. What made my visit exceptional was the person at the second window, and not for the first time. Gabriel seems to take pride in his work, as I have hoped things would go back to. This is not an anomaly for Gabriel, as I have had the same great service from him before. To top it all off, when I made the decision to go in and offer a gratuity, he asked if I would not miss it. Great person, all around. McDonald's is lucky to have such a man.

They have crispy french fries. Don't do a special order unless explain it to them. They can't read a ticket. Service is very slow, not up to mainland standards. Food is great but expect a long wait. It's slow food not fast food.

Grabbing a deluxe breakfast was an early part of my plan when visiting Maui. It was everything I wanted.

Wonderful staff however food was just off altogether. Chicken sandwich was like warm. Had to ask for my fries to get swapped out because they were straight up soggy. Even the fresh batch lacked proper crispy and saltiness that’s if a traditional McDonald’s. All the food just tasted different, reminded when I ate McDonald’s in Europe..
I placed my order on the app I arrived just before they closed and no one helped me to get it and then when I pulled up to the window the manager said that I wasn’t there and that the order was canceled when I had already paid and I saw a bag that had food in it that was clearly my order and the manager on duty on the night of 4/22 lied to my face saying there was nothing in there. He was extremely rude and the lights weren’t even off as if they weee closed. If i see that manager again I’ll be sure to give him the same attitude and manners he’s given me. Not fit to be a manager of any service industry

This low review is due to the price. I cannot recommend McDonald’s. I always assume it to be an inexpensive place for a quick meal. This is not the case in Maui. Go somewhere else for better food at the same price.

Stopped just for iced coffees. Was blown away by the price at this McDonalds. Iced coffee at Starbucks was literally cheaper and better!! (Although still expensive!)
