This low review is due to the price. I cannot recommend McDonald’s. I always assume it to be an inexpensive place for a quick meal. This is not the case in Maui. Go somewhere else for better food at the same price.

Stopped just for iced coffees. Was blown away by the price at this McDonalds. Iced coffee at Starbucks was literally cheaper and better!! (Although still expensive!)

McDonald's is McDonald's but this one's pretty run-down it just is kind of deserted feeling like covid still going on or something there's grungy homeless in the area that's always irritating. Play doordash people can order 20 times after you but you still got to wait while they pack up their food and the milkshake machine is always down always

More than 20 minutes to withdraw an order! It's supposed to be a fast food place.
Disrespectful people don’t care about the customers and when you go to pick up a mobile order, they tell you you have to be within a 300 mile radius when you’re at the drive-through very rude manager does not care about the customer at all and it very much sounds likethey don’t like their job or they don’t like to be there would not recommend this McDonald’s location to anybody.

Overpriced, Like way overpriced. Over $13 for a teeny tiny fish sandwich. Hard to find at night because they turn the golden arches sign off at. We were there at 6 PM.. Maybe to save electricity to increase profit. . There is no staff at the counter. It’s sort of like a vending machine store.
Everything is ordered digital, and there is no one there to help you figure it out . and if you don’t have a credit card, you can’t buy anything food here . The wait at the drive-through line was so long that most people just gave up, turned their car around and left. I’m not sure what’s going on with the price gouging at McDonald’s. Its not inflation, It simply just price gouging. There was a sign on the front door, No ice cream products. Meaning, no milkshakes, No ice cream cones, No sundaes, Nothing.
This restaurant, In my opinion, Is an extremely poor value and terms of their competition. And their service is nonexistent.
