NO FREE DRINK REFILLS!!! BEWARE!!!Like most of the McDonald's in Hawaii, there is a local menu. Spam eggs and rice, Portuguese sausage eggs and rice etc. These are very good and a great value. However this McDonald's like most that have been refurbished has one counter position and they disencourage you from using it. It is slow and tedious to use the ordering kiosks. If you want a drink refill....FORGET IT....you must pay for another.
Ordered four filet-O-fish from this McDonald’s and they somehow messed up my older brother’s order. Not to mention the worst part, one of the staff’s (Female) was giving a damn attitude over one burger that they messed up. Very Pathetic.

At first, after their remodeling, the food was especially terrible. But they seem to have made improvements, it's standard McDonalds. But I hate the remodel. If you go in, it's impossible to get a human to help you. Better off going thru drive thru. Just as well,Kid-friendliness: Of course, it's kid friendly. But in case you're wondering, they do not have a play place.

We were in town looking for a place to eat.Tried our luck at a couple of restaurants without reservations the wait time was 1.5 hours.Headed to the food truck area and it was crazy busy, the fish market had lineup turning around the block.Tired of looking around decided to come here. The place is renovated and quite clean.Had a quiet meal which we enjoyed I am sure more than waiting 2 hours for food truck food.A good back up place if you are stuck and value your time ?
Grew up eating fast food at what we call Mackey D's. Don't eat too much fast food now days but the kid love it. Depends which one you go to the Service always slow because they always busy.
I was double charged for my mobile order. Tony was extremely polite and tried helping. He asked me to meet him at the next window so he could ask another manager (a blonde female in a purple tshirt) she was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. Told me it wasnt her problem or fault to contact customer service. Observing her demeanor and customer service in front of other employees and directly to a customer was not only insulting but also a very poor display of what a manager and role model should be. I feel extremely sorry for the employees that she is supposed to be mentoring!!!! Its no wonder you have a hard time finding employees with people like her in management!! Please do better!

Just got nuggets and fries for the kids and wife. My wife ordered an iced tea and it came with ice to the top of the glass. After finishing her couple sips, she went to ask for a refill but was told no refills. First McDonald's I have ever been to where I was denied a refill.

Service is usually pretty fast, best value in Kihei for coffe, very friendly staff. Only thing I don’t like is the shredded lettuce in deluxe quarter pounder. It falls all over the place makes a huge mess.
