Daniel at Mexirican Mix is crushing it. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and seriously the best Mexican I’ve had on the island. You can tell he puts heart into everything he makes. This is a weekly must for us! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

Birria ramen was inedible i threw it away and bought a whole new dinner somewhere else.
We got the 3 Birria taco plate and a steak taco. Everything had good flavor. Will go again but would just get the tacos.

I do not normally post reviews. (I believe this is my second one since my wife typically does the posting). But, this food is amazing. I went back a second time during my stay on the island because of the flavors, amount of food, cost, and extremely nice staff. So positive, friendly, and all around good vibes. I purchased the chicken burrito and corn in a cup twice. Excellent both times. This time around we added on the chicken taquitos. Also delicious. We recommend and would definitely go back.
We shared a chicken burrito and cup of street corn and it was delicious. Not greasy at all and made fresh. There’s ample seating to enjoy or you can take it to the other food truck area to enjoy! The guy working was really kind too!
Ordered it on DoorDash and called to make something vegetarian. The service, the food, all of it was fantastic. Will be ordering again.
