We visited Nicks Fish Market as guests from another hotel and loved our dinner start to finish. We had a beautiful view and our server, Rico, took amazing care of us, especially our children. We did 10 nights on Hawaii and this was in our top 2. Kids loved the mahi mahi, my daughter even asked for a second serving which was included.

I came for the Rack of Lamb and it didn’t disappoint. I had it for the first time in July 2024, and it was amazing. I booked Nick’s for this trip (March 2025) before I even booked a flight or hotel. I was craving the Lamb since July. I haven’t found a restaurant that makes it better. Everything about this dish is perfection!

We got a high top table but advantage was it was part of the lounge so we got to order from both menus. The Moroccan spiced salmon was perfectly done and the banana foster hit the spot. Our waiter was laid back and very chill - awesome waiter (Brandon)

This is definitely a 5 star dining experience. The hostess Gabby was so delightful in guiding us to be seated at the perfect table. Our server Devin was fun, comfortable and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything we ordered was superb and the young gentleman that night was very attentive to have our water glasses continuously filled. It was the first time we tried the beets/li hing mui strawberry salad and it was awesome. Chef Maka has a culinary staff that is well recognized!
Amazing food paired with the most amazing dining experience! The staff goes above and beyond. Cyrus and Chris especially always make us feel right at home. Love coming especially to see them. Thank you guys!

Food was average and way overpriced. Waiter said everything is the best on the island, but just not true. The ahi poke was bland and sauce tasted like basic soy sauce. Fresh but for the price just not worth it - had poke from food trucks off the street that was far better. Views are wonderful and staff was attentive.

If you are ever in Maui and want a 5 star dining experience you must visit Nicks Fishmarket. It is the total package. The food, the atmosphere and the service are as good as it gets. Our server Chivas was quite possibly the best server I've had. I can't wait to go back!

We had the New Year’s Day menu at Nicks. We hoped it would be a special meal ushering in the New Year. The hotel is lovely, the food was good, but our service was terrible. It felt like we were dinning at Dennys. Our server gave very little info, did not take our drink order as a group and in general was very distracted. Our dessert was rolled out before our entree’s were removed. Side note, something was very wrong with the cheesecake crust. It was not worth the $1,400 price tag for the meal. We have had great meals in the past at Nicks. We will not be returning.
