I've been here twice now and the first time my steak was undercooked so I sent it back to the kitchen, last night I got the mahi mahi and that was super dry and no flavor šš¼My friends salmon was also not tasty. Cheesecake was awesome though.

The Fairmont property is absolutely beautiful, and Nick's Fishmarket was amazing from start to finish. The food was excellent and the service was great too. Highly recommended and we will return for another visit for sure!

Great! Wish the restaurant was 20 ft. higher for an ocean view. Not a terrible view by any means, just not an ocean view. Food was great!!

There was apparently some problem in the kitchen. We waited more than an hour for our main course. We were already up out of our seats leaving because we couldn't wait any longer when the manager came out with our dinners which he did comp. The food was good but it was our anniversary and the evening was kind of ruined.

The food is fine but not nearly as good as all the other places we dined in Maui. Not even close to Mama's, so don't view it as alternative fish market. Mama's is next level. The atmosphere is particularly a miss at Nick's. Far better were Mama's, Spago, Nobu, and Matteo's. If pool-side dining is what you are after, Andaz is a better option.

We had such a great dinner here! I got the fresh catch and it was delicious, and my husband went with the rack of lamb. We never order lamb but wow, it was phenomenal. Chef Maka is amazing. The service was friendly, the vibe was super comfortable, and overall it was just an awesome experience. Can't wait to come back!

I don't generally write bad reviews, can't remember when the last might have been, but Nick's deserves a thumbs down for a high end dining experience. Clearly riding on its reputation not on its delivery. In fairness, the new Lobby restoration is gorgeous at the Fairmont and Nick's is a nice looking restaurant with a Plantation feel. I had the Ahi dish which was good, the presentation was lack luster, but the the taste was good. However, my wife had the Mahi Mahi dish. Mahi is a flaky , mild fish: Not the way prepared by Nick's. Over cooked, dry and actually difficult to cut. We told the waiter, and he said "Sorry." Told him to let the kitchen know, and when he returned, we were the told that the kitchen said: "Oh, well." Nick's did nothing, just presented the bill for $250. Too many other excellent restaurants in Wailea (Morimoto's is wonderful), just skip Nick's. Oh, well. Sorry.

I celebrated my birthday at Nickās Fish Market, and it couldnāt have been a better choice. The service was absolutely amazing Cyrus and Jeaden made the evening feel extra special. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for the occasion. Will be coming back.

The pacific catch was the best fish Iāve had in my life, the butter sauce was amazing and the filet mignon was tender and delicious. Service was also very kind and didnāt rush us past closing. Beautiful ambience as well, highly recommend for an upscale dinner with amazing food!
