We visited Nicks Fish Market as guests from another hotel and loved our dinner start to finish. We had a beautiful view and our server, Rico, took amazing care of us, especially our children. We did 10 nights on Hawaii and this was in our top 2. Kids loved the mahi mahi, my daughter even asked for a second serving which was included.
I came for the Rack of Lamb and it didn’t disappoint. I had it for the first time in July 2024, and it was amazing. I booked Nick’s for this trip (March 2025) before I even booked a flight or hotel. I was craving the Lamb since July. I haven’t found a restaurant that makes it better. Everything about this dish is perfection!
Eric was spectacular, truly made our date night memorable. We missed Dave , but between the spectacular cocktail crafting and lamb lollipops for dessert, we were well taken care of. We love this bar 🩵
