I ordered a 2 entree with one side. I got the mushroom chicken, green bean chicken with fried rice.I was so hungry and couldn't wait to eat. I took a bite of the mushroom chicken and it tasted like chemicals. Yuck!I took another bite to confirm and it tasted worse. I moved on to the string bean chicken and it was slightly better. The fried rice was dry.I paid $15 for this plate and it did not taste good.I need someone to reach out to me to provide a 1refund or something. I chose this location because I always had good food from there. Hopefully, the manager will see this and respond.I was hoping to enjoy good, instead I threw it away

Visited the Panda Express in Kihei today and had the worst ordering experience. . and looking at posted online ordering reviews, it sounds like this is a true deficit here. Here’s a tip: put a sign that says “order here”, so ppl don’t wander in and hover around the food display glass looking confused as to who is next. Or maybe a deli ticket system?Average Chinese food, reasonably priced. My beef and broccoli tasted like bland stewing beef.

Went in to order & we were excited that they actually had a selection because of 3rd Friday. Usually you get there at 7 or 7:30 & they're closing shop with very little food. (Well before closing time)We got home and was disappointed to find that a plate was missing the entrees! It only had the rice! Check your to go boxes before you leave.

Ordered Kung Pao Chicken and got, in effect, Kung Pao Zucchini. I guess zucchini is a lot cheaper than chicken.

Food is good, atmosphere when the lady in black shirt is around is not good she is rude to her workers and passive to customers, I have been coming to the the Kihei location for years but lately she is more interested in her phone and flirting with random men in front of the building then taking care of the customers or helping her co-workers.Today as the server is making our plates she tells him to take food back off of our plates and starts telling everyone she is going to start cutting back on portions for everyone leaving us with hardly anything. I always have leftovers when I buy Panda Express.. not today, today I’m still hungry I feel stupid for complaining but I also feel totally ripped off and I’m honestly disappointed for spending my money here today.I never write bad reviews because I am a fellow business owner in the area and community member so I clearly understand the negative impact of bad reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary.. the young man working cash drawer was very polite and I had half a mind to offer him a job because I don’t feel he or any other workers there deserve her rude comments or attitude. I kept my mouth shut because I have respect for this establishment.I loved coming here as a bang for buck option in Kihei but the service is beginning to descend down hill fast and I’m probably going to start recommending against it if this is how things continue at this Kihei location. Hope they can get quality of service and the way she treats her employees back under control

What a joke. When I couldn’t place an online order at 7:58pm, I called the store. They have a recording from Panda Express about location and please hold. No answer. Calle again. Same message and a guy answers the phone and says HELLO? I ask if this is Panda Express (clearly is) and he says no and hangs up. Called again twice with no answer. Hard to be open at 8:03 when you close at 8:30?

opened over an hour late today, customers were waiting on food/staff + manager wasn’t friendly and started to argue back with customers.. food is never up to standards been here multiple times and not once felt satisfied with customer service/
This location is always clean and efficient. The team is nice. They don't usually have my eggplant tofu during the day though?
