Excellent safety standards, great customer service, amazing brunch! Ordered their Hawaiian French toast, fried rice, and eggs Benedict! So yummy! Highly recommend!
There is limited seating indoors (and one table outdoors), and we did have to wait a while to both order and get our food, but I didn't mind. The loco moco had grilled onions on top and was tasty--not heavy like I've tasted at other places in the past. The staff was friendly.
Been there twice in one week for lunch and breakfast. The Mango parfait is very good. One of the best loco moco if that's what you are craving for. The first 4 items on the breakfast menu are served all day, including the loco moco. Good sized portion.
Very good!! Had the ube pancakes which were really terrific
Breakfast was so good! We had the ube pancakes, loco moco, and fried rice! :)
Came here around 8:00 am definitely a bit of a line. Took about 15-20 min to place our order, not too bad. Food was decent but portion sizes were kinda small. I got the Loco Moco and it was like two small scoops of rice and eggs. Not really worth it for the price. Staff very friendly.
Really good place to go if you want a traditional Hawaiian breakfast and you are gluten-free dairy-free. Price is really good and they don't cook with any butter just peanut oil. Also I would order a macadamia nut + vanilla while here - they make amazing lattes and have alternative milk options
Went to da kitchen at piko cafe. The food was awesome. We had teriyaki plate and Hawaiian plate wow it had a lot on the plate. Workers were so nice. We can't wait to go back again.
Tried this place for breakfast and they have a variety of options. Inside seating is limited right now so you have to take it to go. Fried rice with eggs, in my Opinion need more flavor.
First morning on the island I was hoping to find a local gem for a delicious early breakfast before a day of adventure! My friend and I decided to visit this cafe that was 50 minutes out of the way from our airbnb from all the good reviews and menu options we found online, we decided it would be worth it.After arriving, we entered to find a busy and lively little cafe and was greeted warmly from a seemingly overworked and friendly employee. She expertly and very quickly helped us through placing our order. I had a question about ordering a dish with a modification and she proceeded to ask confirmation in the back without pause. The order went without a hitch and we began what was about to be a 35 minute wait outside as there were still many inside and no seats available. After waiting, we received our order and decided to eat outside in the sunshine. We open each of our compostable clam-shells with increasing disappointment. First I find my Vegan Fried Rice (ordered successfully without bean sprouts!) and notice the portion size isn't what I was expecting, but the dish looked well crafted! We open the second item to find our Hawaiian Toast, 4 half slices (again less than we imagined for the cost) and unimpressively quite less remarkable than the "taro sweet bread and a custard coating" description on the chalkboard menu led us to believe.Lastly, and by far the most disappointing was the Breakfast Special. My friend opened the container to find two half cup sized scoops of plain, unadorned, unflavored white rice, sitting next to what we suspect was a prepackaged and microwaved egg patty, and 4 tiny slices of Portuguese sausage. This "Special" was misconstrued as a full meal and I was embarrassed for my friend as we had envisioned a dish that was more substantial than half a single sausage link, 1 cup of plain white rice, and institution eggs. The flavour of the fried rice dish was alright and the french toast had at least some taro in it spread about, but overall the meal was a let down and I would not visit again. This cafe seemed more about aesthetic and trendy vibes on social media than a true foodie's experience.

Best Pork Lau Lau plate I've ever had. They prep it in house and serve it with 2 scoops rice and a scoop of Mac salad. Best plate lunch I have found in Maui.
I've lived on Maui 13 years. I visit Piko Cafe about 8x a month!!! My favorite is their chopped steak and mochiko chicken! But honestly everything is amazing there.
They have limited seating so they recommend to go. Had pancakes and fried rice which was really amazing. A very small local business to support :)
If you want GREAT food on a super friendly budget. When I tell you TRY their french toast and Ube pancakes. YOU TRY THEM!!
Aye breakfast here almost every day during our stay. Coffee is top quality and everything on the menu is amazing. Wish the serving sizes were a little better though.
