Opened up container, looked at large pizza and looked for the missing pepperoni? Did I order a big New Yorker????? No Pizza Hut deliverer??? Pepperoni only by crust??? Rather drive to dominoes. Always under cooked. Priced as if it were round table. Always check before you leave as orders are often wrong.

It's been an hour and a half. I still don't have my order. I called them to see if there was something they could do if I ordered again... Like a discount or something. She just made excuses and said no. Done with pizzahut. I get you might be shorthanded but at least fix your website so that it doesn't promise delivery an hour before it actually is.

Yummy Pizza however I was given the wrong pizza.. then was told the picture on website didn't mean that was the right pizza. I was given a plan cheese pizza.

don't order a pizza from Pizza Hut Kihei. they use an answerlong service in Honolulu that is rude af and have 0 delivery drivers. it took over 2 hours to take a pizza 1 mile.

I rarely write reviews but this one deserves it as it was one of the best interactions we’ve had during our stay in Maui! Super chill workers that were so welcoming - even though it was 30min before closing. We got our order 10min before the estimated time, which was awesome considering they are a very busy location! Def would come here again as we ended our vacation/ birthday on a great note, with amazing pizza and brownies as a bonus :)

They actually do a great job with food for Pizza Hut and the store manager is great... but upper management can't seem to comprehend what it takes to operate a business on Maui. No care for employees wage and can't staff the store to keep it open on its listed business hours.

Ordered 2 large pizza's, paid by cc, delivered in an hour, gave cash tip. One pizza had wrong toppings. They first said re-delivery correct toppings in one hour, then called back saying too busy, will deliver in 1 and half hours, then called back saying too busy will deliver sometime after 1 and half hours. Told them forget about it, just give refund, but would not give full refund because one slice missing. Do you still want pizza? I think if i ordered my pizza before the others, my pizza should be delived in timely mannor. Pizza hut did not think so..
