Owner is a fabulous guy! Great service and very friendly! Food is fantastic and must go to place when in Maui. I have eaten lots of Loco Moco’s while in Maui and this place is hands down the best on the Island! Be sure to stop in and try it out.

We visited this food truck twice on our trip because the first time it was so delicious!!! We ordered the firecracker roll and the spicy tuna roll. Literally some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. It was so fresh and had great taste! The guy working was the only one there so it took a little time to get it all ready. He even accommodated me when I asked if he could could cut the roll into some smaller pieces for my son. It WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT!!! My Picky 10 year old absolutely loved it and it was his request to go back again! South Maui Gardens is such a beautiful place to enjoy too!

The sushi here is so good! This year I am pregnant and cannot have raw fish, the sushi chef made me a baked salmon roll that is not on the menu so I could still enjoy sushi on this trip. It was amazing!

Our sushi roll wasn't bad in taste but wasn't a real highlight. The price is also a bit too expensive. There wasn't much going on and it still took a little longer. All in all, I would tend to go to the other stands and not order anything here again. Despite everything, the service was very friendly.

Roll It Up offered a decent dining experience. The Ultimate Veggie Roll was tasty, and the accompanying sauce added a satisfying touch. However, the wait time for the food was longer than expected.

This is the kind of food truck you wished Google provided the option of rating zero or even negative stars for. They made an absolute mess of a simple to-go order of two rolls that could not have possibly taken more than 10 minutes by dragging it out for an hour, and then instead offered a ‘refund’ instead of making the order, proving they screwed up magnificently.There’s one good thing about this truck though, its name. ‘Roll it up’ it should be, because you guys aren’t cut out to run a food truck in a busy tourist area such as Kihei. There are plenty of far better options within a stone’s throw of this abysmal place.

I would give this place negative stars if I could! Highly unorganized and unprofessional people running this truck. They couldn’t get my simple order of 2 rolls out despite waiting for 50 mins, while they were churning out orders of people who ordered after me. Would not recommend at all.
