Owner is a fabulous guy! Great service and very friendly! Food is fantastic and must go to place when in Maui. I have eaten lots of Loco Moco’s while in Maui and this place is hands down the best on the Island! Be sure to stop in and try it out.

We visited this food truck twice on our trip because the first time it was so delicious!!! We ordered the firecracker roll and the spicy tuna roll. Literally some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. It was so fresh and had great taste! The guy working was the only one there so it took a little time to get it all ready. He even accommodated me when I asked if he could could cut the roll into some smaller pieces for my son. It WAS SO WORTH THE WAIT!!! My Picky 10 year old absolutely...
The sushi here is so good! This year I am pregnant and cannot have raw fish, the sushi chef made me a baked salmon roll that is not on the menu so I could still enjoy sushi on this trip. It was amazing!
