Always enjoy their great steaks! Also added the lobster tail, Caesar salad, and asparagus. Fabulous meal and first class service!

Good food & service, though they were not participating in an advertised $55 special for an app, entree and dessert that was on their Yelp & Facebook pages. Disappointed in that!

Server and his wait staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly. Their level of service is beyond all others around. Appetizers looked delicious and were served fresh. Salads were cold with ample dressing and all our steaks were cooked as ordered and stay hot when served on the sizzling hot plates. The steaks were well seasoned with salt and stay hot through the dining. Aaron our server was excellent in explaining everything and was very attentive and friendly.

Your manager and hostess went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and find me a nice table. It's not often that happens when it's a single person and I appreciate that so much much Wonderful all of it thanks Matt for the great service!! delicious as usual. Aloha

Thank you once again for a wonderful evening with friends, good food and service. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally welcoming. Many thanks to our server Dave for always taking great care of our table. Also many thanks to the hostess, and the staff we interacted with. Special thanks to the kitchen staff for sending out scrumptious food, and the bartender for delightful Cosmos cocktails.

Had a fantastic experience! The food was outstanding...most of us ordered steak and all were cooked to perfection! One ordered fish and that was also cooked to perfection! Service was outstanding and drinks were balanced and timed just right. We all even saved room for dessert when we saw the options. One of our favorite meals on the island!

On the food side are crab, stuffed mushrooms had way too much garlic, but the server corrected it and brought us a beautiful shrimp cocktail. Sampson, our server took care of every single need we could anticipate for our special anniversary. We will definitely be back, a big Mahalo to the entire staff at Ruth's Chris Wailea Aloha!!

This restaurant deserves kudos for doing everything right. The food, service, friendliest of all staff, attention to every detail a rarity today. Highly recommend for a perfect dining out experience.

From start to finish our evening at RC Wailea is exceptional. Matt V is thee best waiter on Maui. Assisted by an incredible support staff. Bartender BG is another great addition. Only minus is the Darden Corporate Music Play list. Do you even know your clientele on Maui?

We usually love the steak at Ruth's Chris but at this location the Cowboy Ribeye was much more salty than what we are used to and had some gristle that we have not experienced at other locations. The side dishes were also different than other locations. Overall, it was not worth the expense, which I have not felt before at Ruth's Chris.

We had a mostly enjoyable dinner at Ruth's Chris. We started with two crisp and flavorful wedge salads, sautéed mushrooms, and delicious crab cakes. For the main course, we shared a perfectly cooked medium-rare porterhouse accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and asparagus with rich hollandaise sauce. The food was excellent all around. However, we were disappointed that the waiter did not acknowledge the birthday we were celebrating. We had noted it in the reservation, but there was no mention or special gesture, which put a damper on an otherwise excellent meal. For a restaurant of this caliber, we expected a bit more attention to detail, especially for a special occasion.

Service was outstanding. Atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious. We ordered way too much and could have easily split a couple of steaks between the 4 of us. The bread pudding dessert was by far the best I have ever had.

Service and food were great, but we waited over an hour for our meal... It was Father's Day

Had res for 2 but my wife couldn't make it. I was offered a seat at the bar. Rude. Shrimp cocktail was over cooked and tasteless. Sauce was awful. Bartender was good. Will never go back.
