Not kidding when I say this is top-tier Thai food in the US (and I've had lots of Thai food in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, etc., as well as in Bangkok). I went here for dinner for two days straight and tried the pad thai, pad see eiw, lobster rice, and pad khee mao. ALL of these dishes are great. Hands down the best food I had during my week in Maui.

Got the pad kra pow here with chicken and loved it. The spicy option has a dope kick. The lovely man taking orders also delivered them to the picnic tables by the food truck. Food was freshly prepared in front of us and tasted amazing.

Food made and served with love. Fish Paradise is essentially grilled fish with veggies, sauce, and rice on the side. It's pretty good for Snapper. They harvested basil from the planter right before serving. They took an extra step and brought the food all the way to our table.

I was looking for Thai food and I saw this interesting Thai food truck. I am originally from Thailand and I can tell this is very authentic Thai food!
I ordered Tom Kha seafood and Fried rice lobster, they were SOO tasty. I highly recommend this place!!
PS. Mango sticky rice was delicious! I cannot wait to go back to this place again!

This has been such a great addition to our take out rotation. The food is always good, fresh, fast and reasonably priced. I love that their dishes have flavor without being overly rich or heavy. Our go-to order is cashew chicken and pad see eiw. Highly recommend.
