Fantastic meal, and a very memorable experience!!

Celebrating our son’s wedding on Maui was made perfect by John’s fabulous catering of the groom’s dinner. Living Stateside, John was easy to communicate menu needs and scheduling. The day of the dinner, John arrived early to ensure all details were in place. Our friends and family loved all the fresh prepared food. Portions were plentiful. A big thanks to John for helping make a beautiful memory for our family.

Chef John is the ultimate professional AND his food is spectacular both in flavor and plating… We make it a goal to have a dinner in with Chef John when in Maui and it’s always our favorite meal…He also did a milestone birthday of mine with 9 friends and I and it was so special and memorable.

Great experience. Excellent food all tailored to what we wanted. We left seafood selections to the chef and it was outstanding! Overall we had a terrific dinner.

Wanted to give the many food trucks some love. Food was really good, the potato salad was excellent. I've never had purple potato salad before. This truck is a must try.

Fantastic bbq! A great surprise to find some Texas style bbq in Maui!

Absolutely the best brisket sandwich I have ever had! Went back three times over the course of the week I was there.

We found this food truck by accident! Literally the best bbq I've had, anywhere. So happy he offered us a sample!! I got the brisket sandwich and husband got the pulled pork plate. Alot of food on both of the selections we got. Today is our last day in Maui so I'm glad we got to eat here before we left!

Really great barbecue on Maui. Reminds me of mainland bbq for sure. Better than most on the mainland as well. A lot of food for reasonable prices.

Left the Beach early and drove almost 30 minutes to be there at 6 pm. They were closed, very disappointing.

This weekend I treated myself to the chicken plate. I do mean treated. I have no idea how John gets so much flavor in the meat while keeping the chicken moist and the skin crispy. The sides are well balanced to match the strong flavor from the meat. So ono.

Yes please! 3 combo plate is the way to go and split with 2 people or bring your appetite and eat it all yourself! Brisket is the bomb!

No words! The best smoked meat you will ever eat. A huge and explosive dish.
We ate the brisket which was tender and juicy along with its special toppings - pineapple coleslaw, beans, potato salad and homemade and perfect barbecue sauce.
The service is wonderful, the stall owner is welcoming and kind
If you are in Maui don't miss it! Absolutely a must!
