Hey smokin spice was excellent. We enjoyed the great food at our event. Would recommend them for any event—best chicken so tender and great flavor!! Brisket was very tender and flavorable, melted in my mouth! Give them a call if you want to eat a great tastey meal! Pretty great dessert as well. Give them a call.
John is a pro and he uses local wood to smoke his chicken and brisket. Incredible catering option in south Maui, would 110% work with him again!

Got to eat this tremendous barbecue during a lunch that he catered for our meeting. The brisket was out of this world and I loved the smoked chicken. Chocolate chip cookies were the bomb! Highly recommend
Chef John was the right choice for our wedding dinner. The food was delicious, very affordable (more than half the price of others), Chef John was easy to communicate with, on time, and accommodated our dietary preferences (the vegans loved their options).

Celebrating our son’s wedding on Maui was made perfect by John’s fabulous catering of the groom’s dinner. Living Stateside, John was easy to communicate menu needs and scheduling. The day of the dinner, John arrived early to ensure all details were in place. Our friends and family loved all the fresh prepared food. Portions were plentiful. A big thanks to John for helping make a beautiful memory for our family.
