The workers are rude, they don't pay attention to your order and when you ask them to make it right they give you an attitude.

Im a diehard Starbucks patron. Nobody does a latte better than Starbucks. Much less crowded than the typical Starbucks I frequent. Friendly staff and nice outdoor seating area.

Big thanks to Danny at Kihei Starbucks! He makes the best drinks and always brings such a good vibe. It’s always a better day when he’s working! Also, low-key sad the energy drinks are gone… those were my favorite.

They were over-the-top excited and kind even gave us a free shot in our drink to make our day better. They were very enthusiastic and helpful these are the That should be at Starbucks.

After placing my order a homeless man entered the store. Happy go lucky, singing etc. He asked for a ice water but was denied. I couldn't believe it. He said ok, and just moved on. Needless to say I will not be supporting Starbucks any longer. How disappointing!

It was awesome having a Starbucks nearby and the Kona coffee was perfect. I came home with 10 lb.

Drinks were great, just as expected. There is a patio but it had limited seating, no shade and it smelled quite bad. I assume this is due to a city facility across the street - sewage pump house?? I was looking forward to a coffee outside but this is not the place. Just a grab and go.

Now using paper cups for cold drinks, which gets soggy and practically collapses after a while if you don’t drink it quick enough. Plus, you can’t see the contents through the cup to confirm they made your order properly. However, are still giving real plastic straws - that’s the only positive. You speak up about it in store and it’s like they want to shame you because you prefer a better cup. Better to stick with local coffee companies who don’t do this.

During our time in Kihei, we made it a daily ritual to stop by Starbucks at Pi’ilani Village Shopping Center. Each visit was marked by welcoming and attentive employees who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was always friendly, and the staff ensured our drinks and food were prepared to perfection every time.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee before heading to Kamaole Beach or just enjoying the laid-back vibe of Kihei, this Starbucks is a great stop. The combination of high-quality service, delicious drinks, and convenient location makes it a must-visit. Definitely a five-star experience!

The website says drive thru and they’ve never had drive thru and I asked for almond milk but got sick later so know they did not use it.

Yeah so no plug in outlets or any bathrooms here. Probably to discourage the nasty men in the park from using the starbucks. 2stars
