Pi'ilanis Manager Lea is extremely unprofessional. I confronted her about making jokes about me getting something so small as water and she did not apologize when I told her to stop, all she said was "Okay" and stared me down. Get a store manager that isn't emotional and understands her position.

I've always been a starbucks-loving girl... so my review may be a little biased. I always love a good mocha. The Christmas seasonal Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai is amazing!!! The pastries and egg bites are always good. The service is always quick and nice, and the inside is almost always clean.

Today they didn't put the lid on well and when i went to grab it to take a sip while driving, my entire Venti Extra Hot Chai Latte spilled all over my lap. And my car. FUCKIN nightmare when you're on your way to work in Wailea and live in Wailuku. This isn't the first time this has happened either but today's incident threw me over the edge. I am a loyal customer too even the whole staff knows me. Plus with the alterations i make, i just waisted a $7.

I only rate a 2 because of my purchase. My order was a honey citrus mint tea. Which is made with jade citrus mint, peach tranquility, lemonade and honey.There was no lemonade,peach tranquility or honey. I didn't realize it until I got home, cause it was hot. I understand if it was a drink that was special order. But this is on your menu. At least know that.

Staff is friendly and product is ample and similar to other Starbucks. Poor rating due to limited seating for size of store and all electrical plugs have blank face coverings. Obviously they don’t want people to stay - buy and move on!
