This is hands down our favorite Subway! Fast, friendly and food is always delicious & well prepared. Eating lunch right now and loving it!!! Highly recommend!

[5:55 to 6pm November 4, 2023] The customer service is just horrible. I came in and there was nobody around. No other customers and no employees. I could hear someone in the back working with a faint sound of music playing. I call out to them, no response. I call out again, still no response. The faint sound of music playing is most likely the employee listening to music with headphones on. I just walked out without getting anything and how could I, no one around to take my order. I highly recommend that no one should eat here.

Asked for a cup of ice see picture next to soda. “Courtesy cup” They call it. or we could buy a full size empty cup for $2.19 would have been happy to cover the cost or pay 25 cents. With a $21 ticket, you shouldn’t ask $2.19 for a cup of ice.

This place is falling apart without Travis, Francis won't stop doing to go orders when there's a line waiting. Francis can't take the heat. Wasn't exceptional especially after our subway experience from Travis last time.
BRAND NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNER! This store has completely turned around, all new staff, overall refresh. The sandwiches are generous with toppings, I always go for the meatball marinara. Service is quick. It's located back in the shopping center. Anyway, check it out again, the people sure seem happier too now. Big change!

Friendly and fast service. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Our sandwiches were made exactly to order with fresh ingredients and fresh made bread. We ordered 2 sandwiches and were in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I literally just had the worst sandwich made for me in life EVER at this specific location, the guy that made it was so concerned about trying to hit on a girl next to me that he kept trying to help another worker make her sandwich while still in the middle of attempting to make mine. First time I've never tipped. ALL customers should be treated the same! Keep your personal interests at home dude!

Honestly, this is the best Subway on the island. I say that because the service is always good! I walked in and was greeted by Christine who made my order. She was such a sweet lady and was very helpful. Thank you Christine for your hospitality and kindness. Side note: This subway offers mobile or online orders, so it was nice to see the new upgrade in services. PS Subway has the BEST cookies hands down lol
