The cashew tofu was the only vegan option. They could NOT make any of the other dishes vegan because the sauces were pre-mixed
Great location, I ordered the pad Thai with tofu. I’ve never had such a sloppy mess, it’s very salty and mushy. I wouldn’t order this again.

The pork dish was a pleasant surprise—flavorful and easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the flat noodles were a letdown, with soggy texture and scattered egg pieces. The fried rice was average, and the curry leaned too sweet for my taste.
The atmosphere, however, was fantastic, with a unique Asian-Hawaiian vibe that made the experience enjoyable. It’s a warm, inviting spot with great potential.
Overall, I’d return to explore more of the menu. While not everything impressed, the pork dish and ambiance make it worth another visit.

It took a long time, but it was worth the wait. I got the salmon and vegetables and the chicken satay. The chicken satay is thigh meat so it is a little bit chewy but it was grilled really well and the papaya salad with the salmon was really good. The salmon was a little overcooked for me, but the sauce made up for it

Definitely the most reasonable priced food truck in this food truck area. Only reason it's not five stars is because when I got the fried pork there was nothing really to eat the dry rice with

The pad Thai was excellent and different. Unfortunately the panag curry tasted like coconut milk with chicken versus an actual panag curry. Would not get it !
Otherwise this place had a great ambiance and good pad

The food was delish but I got sick as a dog on the curry chicken with rice. My partner got the garlic shrimp and those were yummy.
Chickens poor things were rather demanding to get a bite. Maybe eat at home or order something to share. I’ve been there before and never had a problem. Good news is that I will lose some weight from all the consequences. Nothing was different from my usual diet.

Very tasty, tasty dishes, but sometimes there are clear differences in the portion sizes. Both dishes (Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles) tasted very good, but the portion of noodles was far too small for the price. Staff was very friendly and nice. The stand is located in an area with many others where there is plenty of seating and sanitary facilities. There are enough parking spaces available. Recommended

This place was raved about in Maui. I went to try it bc Thai food is next to home in terms of food for me. I know good Thai food. I was actually disappointed that they did not offer more items in the menu. I got the following items below:
1) Green curry- This was super let down. The curry was drowned in mainly cabbage. Not much other veggies or meat. It lacked enough curry paste and waaay too much coconut milk. It was too sweet instead of balance between salty and sweet. Please find a new recipe.
2) Pork ribs- This was surprisingly moist and not too dry. The seasoning was good. A bit sugary for me. The “papaya salad” was not papaya salad at all.
3) Pad Kee Mao- This was highlight dish for me. Very tasty. Their spiciest level wasn’t that spicy but spicy enough for me not to complain.
Overall, i’d only get the pad kee mao again.

I’ve been here (Maui) 3 times in in 2 years and I love coming to Thai Mee Up, I’ve been here at least 8 times within my 3 trips. This should be a staple of the Maui food truck business, the service is legit, food, customer service and atmosphere. I’ve been to 2 of their 3 locations and they all set the standards for excellence.

Great Thai food spot in the Kihei Food Oasis truck pod. Nice atmosphere for dinner, with live music and a lively vibe. I had the pad kee mao with tofu which was very tasty.
