It took a long time, but it was worth the wait. I got the salmon and vegetables and the chicken satay. The chicken satay is thigh meat so it is a little bit chewy but it was grilled really well and the papaya salad with the salmon was really good. The salmon was a little overcooked for me, but the sauce made up for it
Definitely the most reasonable priced food truck in this food truck area. Only reason it's not five stars is because when I got the fried pork there was nothing really to eat the dry rice with
