No stars…I had the fudge shipped to me on the mainland…the fudge box inside the shipping box was rattling around and each piece was dry and tasted like cheap candy. Maybe I could say it was the temperature that caused it (?), but I did not enjoy it and wouldn’t buy it again. The fudge slices sure look fancy, but the taste didn’t live up to the standard.

Mouth-watering flavors tantalize the taste buds. These products make great gifts or a nice treat.

Jennifer Larson 7 reviews 7 minutes ago I was in Hawaii in April/May of 2018. My husband and I purchased a “Personalized Gift Box” package for $40.00 to have mailed back to our daughter in Wisconsin. It is now August of 2020 and we’ve tried numerous times to contact the company by phone. We got through once and we were promised that our shipment would be sent. It still hasn’t come. We then emailed the company and we were then assured yet again that we’d receive our purchase. (See attached) .——————————————-.. Hello Jonathan, My name is Jaimee Larson. I am emailing on behalf of my mother Jennifer Larson. I sent my parents to Hawaii in April of 2018 for a Christmas gift. They ordered fudge from your company to be sent here to Wisconsin as a gift for me, however, we have yet to receive it. My mom has emailed a couple of times but has gotten no response. When she makes phone calls to your company she gets nowhere. I am wondering if we are ever going to get the order she placed? It seems a little ridiculous to me that it is taking almost 2 years to get here. If you would like to call, my number is xxx-xxx-xxxx. I have cc’d my mother in this email as well so you may reply and it will go to both of us. (Just click reply all please) Thank you for your time. ————————————— Response... Jaimee - ALOHA! I am SO SORRY for the error. The right people at The Hawaii Fudge Company have this information and are copied here. They will reach out to you ASAP. We’ll make it right and get you a present for the trouble this has caused as a token of our appreciation for your continued support. Peace, Love, Fudge! JT Jonathan Todd Senior Vice President Marketing, Sales & Licensing The Hawaii Fudge Company ——————————————- While I realize $40.00 doesn’t seem like much money to most, it is the principle of the matter that has me most bothered. My daughter was a full-time college student and working a full time job as well. She’s a fighter and a go getter!! I am truly saddened and bothered by the fact that we purchased something unique and special for her and she never received it. The special boxing had a certain meaning for our daughter, and I’m very disappointed and disheartened by the lack of follow through by the company. Two years later and not even a response has been received other than the email response in November of 2019. No follow calls/emails have been returned yet again. 😔😡 And still no product or refund.

My nonprofit was contacted by The Hawaii Fudge Company about a 2 month promotion and it was extremely disappointing. They promised 1) to provide us with all the marketing materials needed on a weekly basis, and 2) to send checks on the 1st and 15th of each month. Instead, we only received ONE piece of marketing info which they said we could edit, and we did because it was extremely long and wordy. It was included in our newsletter with other information relevant to our subscribers, but we got 'scolded' for including other info in OUR newsletter. On top of that, we NEVER received any funds raised from our promotions and we have several followers who placed orders. Additionally, I personally placed an order which never arrived after 2 weeks (and they claim delivery in a couple days). I had to follow up with them and the order eventually arrived, but no apology, discount for future purchases, or anything that would indicate great customer service. In the end if was a complete waste of time, something that nonprofits cannot afford to waste!

The Hawaii Fudge Company is near one of our favorite restaurants, Ohana Seafood Bar & Grill, or we might not have seen it. The fudge is tasty but a bit high priced. They have many different flavors and give free samples

The fudge is so delicious!! And the people that work there are so super friendly.

Very good locally made fudge. Many flavors, so pick a couple of little samples. Recommend the combination flavors especially.

I tasted a sample or two and they were very tasty, but I balked at spending $8 for one small square of fudge! I could easily get fudge at home for much less.

My mom had always wanted to attend the fudge university class. Mom passed away this year before she had the opportunity to go. While in Kihei this month, my bestfriend and I attended the class in her honor. Matthew was our instructor and was incredible. He made the experience fun and meaningful. I want to thank Matthew for making embracing my crazy ideas and understanding what this meant to me and my mom as well. The class itself was lots of fun and allowed us to explore our creative side.

My mother visited Maui and The Hawaiian Fudge Company. She loved your fudge. She sent me a box and I agree that it is delicious! Thank you for the delicious treat.
