My mom had always wanted to attend the fudge university class. Mom passed away this year before she had the opportunity to go. While in Kihei this month, my bestfriend and I attended the class in her honor. Matthew was our instructor and was incredible. He made the experience fun and meaningful. My son went to Maui and all he brought back was this fudge stuff. 🤪 The salt water taffy was the best salt water taffy I’ve ever had in my life (57 years). The salted caramel toffee was divine!!! Highly recommended!!
