While our server was excellent, frankly both meals were disappointing. The pork chop was way under cooked and the chicken was not as described. The broccoli was the highlight of the meal.

We had the BEST experience for just arriving to Maui from Indiana - and a plus, our server was from close to where we are from!!!! Made us feel even more like home. Madison is one of the best servers we have ever had. Highly recommend this spot for great food and great service!

We usually dine here 2x on our trips to Maui. We enjoy the food, ambience and happy hour. My husband loves the shrimp and the crab cakes. I usually get the stuffed chicken. The service has always been excellent.

We had an excellent meal. We both had the crab cakes and found the lump crab delicious!! The crab bisque was excellent too.

The bartender and our server were terrific. One of the staff, David I believe, has no place in an environment where you work with the public. He was a terrible representative for Tommy Bahama and embarrassed himself and people in our party. I'll find it hard to comeback to this location again because of one person.

Seriously, the braddah is a legend!

His energy, attention to detail, and genuine aloha spirit took our lunch to another level….

He didn’t just serve us, he made us feel like family…

Always on point… crispy, flavorful, and the perfect start.

And the filet mignon salad? Next level. Perfectly cooked, tender, and paired with fresh greens and avo that balance it out beautifully.

We’ve been here plenty of times, but this last visit stood out because of Ethan…..

He didn’t just make the meal memorable, he made the whole experience something we’ll talk about for a long time.

If you’re in Wailea, don’t just go for the food…

(though it’s always fantastic)

go for the people like Ethan who remind you what real aloha feels like.

Adam our server was absolutely a delight to get to know and help us with recommendations. We loved every bite of food. We got to know each other a little bit and mentioned it was our last day on the island, we were here for an anniversary. As kind and generous and welcoming as possible, our server Adam treated us with a yummy dessert to celebrate us! What wonderful hospitality and Experience! We couldn’t be more happy with our dinner at Tommy’s.

Our entrees were excellent! And it was such a wonderful treat to receive a complimentary dessert for our anniversary celebration. Dessert was also delicious! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Will definitely return.

We visited Tommy Bahama Maui and found it to be a mixed experience. Prices and portions were reasonable, but it's important to temper expectations. The dining area was extremely loud and there's no air conditioning, which made the atmosphere less comfortable. Service was just average—not bad, but nothing memorable either. For entrées, we had the filet and the Mahi Mahi; both were solid but not standout dishes. The real highlight of the night was the very reasonable $25 corkage fee, which allowed us to enjoy our own wine with dinner. Dessert, however, was a disappointment and not something we'd recommend. Overall, a decent spot if you're nearby, but not necessarily a must-visit.

This is a 2 part review, based on 2 separate visits. Both visits 9/26 and 9/28. Food on both days, excellent. Rib Eye steak on both occasions made to perfection. Same with crab cakes. Others in the party,on both nights had the avocado 🥑 crab salad, main course chicken entrée, filet mignon etc. All quite pleased with their food. SERVICE: Ethan was our server the first night, was nothing short of outstanding. One person in the party, had a slight bump in the road with her order, and was rectified quickly and professionally . Excellent experience that evening. On 9/28 returned. Again food excellent. Service this night not so good. Server K*******. Appeared disinterested, and not personable. Later this was brought to the attention of management. Management was responsive. Hopefully she will step up her game, after being advised.
