Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar & Store

Our service was absolutely outstanding. Our server was very knowledgeable, quick and very attentive. The food was just OK. I felt like our meals were very light on flavor.

There is NOT an evening that we do not have the best service and meal. Start with Sarah...and then it just all comes together. How we are so fortunate to love our TB Wailea Crew. It feels like home!!

Great vibe and atmosphere, our server was nice and attentive but kinda busy. One of the servers were almost threw the plates over the table per request of new ones. Wouldn't return.

Waiter, Adam, was awesome! Are the entire dinner. The view with the condo and the vibe inside is nothing compared to the TB we visit regularly in Naples.

Our server, Rumor, was excellent. Lots of personality and very helpful. Cannot say enough about her. Food was great. From the moment we stepped up to check in until we left all employees were great and attentive. There was a crying kid that kept screaming in other room and very annoying. I have raised 2 sons and they never behaved like that at any age. We have friends visiting in Sept and we will bring them to Tommy Bahamas. The music was nice and was not too loud. Perfect music to relax while eating except for screaming kid.

Always a pleasure to dine at one of the Tommy Bahamas restaurants! They are very consistent throughout the chain and always top service!

Food was amazing. Live music on a Tuesday night. We ordered crab crakes, tortilla soup, sliders for kids, creole shrimp and crab pasta, and a baby back pork ribs. All delicious. Only thing I wouldn't order again was the lobster crispy wraps... they were a bit oily, but the overall flavor was on point. Take your own crayons for kiddos. Enjoy!

Worst meal in years. Bad start: hostess was just about to seat us when prior guest returned to say she couldn't find her table. Hostess spent next five minutes talking to her instead of asking to wait until she finished seating us. Then another hostess returned to the area and our hostess took another couple of minutes to explain the other situation to her. Then came dinner. We were seated at 6:22 and ordered an appetizer, a main dinner course and my wife ordered a dinner salad. The appetizer came quickly, and the other dishes arrived within five minutes. The table could barely contain the food. In short, we were literally forced to eat everything at once and were ready to leave 35 minutes after sitting down. To top it off, the food was awful. Lobster spring rolls seemed frozen, more shell than the slimy interior. Seared ahi was served rare, as I asked, atop a large bed of the worst risotto I've ever been served. It was mush; hard to determine a grain of rice. I know many high volume restaurants cook ahead, but this seemed like it was cooked the day before. My wife's crab and avocado salad was served with soggy and bland crab. Finally, don't dine here if you want to have a quiet meal. There is music at dinner, loud servers and bartenders, and guests adding to the commotion. A previous lunch here was more enjoyable but this dinner was a hard pass. .

Best macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi in Wailea, hands down. The price point here is extremely reasonable, and the quality of food and service are great!

Eaten here many times. This was the worst experience we've encountered. Appetizers and salad were quite good. Entree was ok. Unfortunately the poor service ruined our entire dinner. If the server didn't want to be there she should have called out. Left all of our party pretty upset as we watched other people enjoy their meals.

This is our favorite restaurant when we come to Maui. My husband feels like a king here and everything is always fantastic. We love Howard the guitarist!
