THE BEST SHAVE ICE!! I wish I could eat it every single day. I’m sure I’ll have cravings for it once we’ve gone back home ?The ice itself is so smooth and the flavors taste so natural and fresh. We came a couple times this week and every flavor we tried was amazing. We preferred the tart flavors and how they paired with the sweet snow cap and ice cream. I think tamarind and pina colada were our favorite! Blood orange was my least favorite. The party in the mouth was a delicious combo with haupia ice cream and a snow cap.

They are certainly right, "all shave ice is NOT created equal" and this shave ice soars above the rest! It is so smooth and creamy and the syrups taste so real and are not sickly sweet! They also tell you to let them know if you got any spots without syrup and they'll give you more! For sure the best shave ice we had in Maui!!!!Dietary restrictions: they have vegan ice cream!

It seems strange to say a shaved ice shack was perhaps THE highlight of my vacation to Maui, especially since there was so much to love about the island, but it’s true - I’d die for this place. We went nearly every day and had a spiritual experience every time ? Warning: if you go once, you’ll find yourself coming back for a fix.

Smoothest shaved ice you will ever try! My favorite is the sunset beach which is passion orange mango guava. It’s worth the hot a sweaty line!! In all the times I’ve been here I’ve never been met with white ice. They do just the right amount of syrup and there is not big chunks of ice like in the shaved ice you make at home.

Anyone who leaves a bad review here is bitter with their own life. It was awesome and the employees are friendly. I loved seeing the little chickens roaming around!! I got root beer and vanilla and it was so yummy and nearly the consistency of ice cream. Will be back!!
When I moved to Hawaii, I was super excited about getting shape ice all the time until I actually bought my first one that was way too big with clumps of ice, giving me brain freezes constantly as I tried to scarf it down before it became too watery to taste this is Absolutely not the case for Ululani’s Hawaiian shave ice! I don’t claim to know how they do it, but they shave the ice so well that it’s like ice cream mixed with cotton candy texture. I’ve never experienced anything like it. This place is a mess visit for every person both living and visiting Maui.

I have to make extra trip for this. Shave ice on top and macadamia icecream at the bottom they are the perfect combination.
It's definitely the best shaved ice we've had. On our 5 day trip, we went there 3 days. It would have been 4 times, but shamefully we tried another shaved ice place that didn't match up, and we had an early flight on the 5th day.The flavors were natural and amazing, and they'd add more if you wanted additional syrup. The staff, especially the supervisor, were super friendly and accommodating even when they were short-staffed due to an employee's emergency.
