Just an update. I went by on Friday 3/4 and the place looks gutted. I think they must have finally closed up shop. Either that or they're undergoing some kind of a renovation...but I doubt that given the literally did just renovate right before Covid-19.

This may be an unfair review because...pho in Hawaii? What did we really expect? The pho here may be the most disappointing pho I've had in my life. If you're looking for soup (which is hard to find in the area), I don't recommend it here. The combination pho came with barely any slivers of meat and the broth was flavorless. I give this place some credit because the service was nice and we were given some type of complimentary tapioca dessert. It was on the slower side for only have 2-3 parties to serve, but maybe they were busier with the take out orders. Perhaps the rice dishes are better, or they shouldn't have pho as an option, but I wouldn't come back.

We stopped by this hole in the wall expecting down to earth vietnamese and we weren't disappointed. Service was quick and responsive, food was flavorful without being drowned in oil or spice. Definitely recommend for a quick bite.

We had a terrible experience with this place today. The smell was bad. The food was not edible. The peanut sauce doesn't smell like peanuts, texture was off, it was old. The beef was rubbery and tasted off. The summer roll with shrimp was gross, tasted off, noodles over cooked. We took one bite each and regretted it. The waiter saw our discarded food and did nothing. The yellow curry was nothing like a yellow curry and had no flavor. The pho broth had no flavor. We took one bite of everything, spat it out, and I paid and left. I noticed the kitchen looked dirty, with a trash bin near the cooking station having tons of grime on it. We took a shot of vodka right when we got back to our place in hopes that it disinfects whatever we ate. I plan on asking for a charge reversal. Edit: They were very nice on the phone and apologetic when I asked for the charge reversal, and they took care of it immediately.

The restaurant produces food that is NO WAY NEAR the quality when the senior Vietnamese woman owned it and was on top of every detail. They need to replace the chef and have someone overseeing the quality.

Amazing food!!!! I can’t believe there is such delicious Vietnamese food on the island. There is also no line here and food is served super fast. We ordered four dishes and then they were too good and we had to order three more. Had a super full stomach out of this place and felt super satisfied.

Ask for their Rec!!! Their menu looks bad, but food they recommended (rice&tofu claypot and beef lemongrass burrito) are very very delicious!! Don’t get fooled by the rating

We were really looking forward to the vermicelli bowls that we had ordered. What we GOT however, was not vermicelli, but incredibly slimy spaghetti noodles. I understand that shortages could occur on an island such as Maui, however in that case the restaurant should have notified us when we ordered so that we could have ordered something else. What a complete waste of money for us, and a total disappointment.

Delicious soups. From pho to saimin, all have flavorful and not salty broths. Their summer rolls are also good. Doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that stop you. The service is courteous and the place is comfortable.

I was really excited when I found a restaurant that had such a wide selection for vegetarians. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately my food was very bland and the flavor it did have was not very good. My boyfriend a meal with meat and said his was awful and he is not very picky. Maybe it was a one off but we didn't enjoy it at all.

Very yummy! Got two big bowls of Pho to go. Came with lots of veggies and meat, complete with hot sauce and plum sauce. She included two desserts of tapioca too.

Do you need Pho? I know the feeling. Good news - this is the place! The crispy fried spring rolls and steamy savory Pho Tai with fresh basil and bean sprouts will hit the spot!
